The lady at the drive-thru was automatically inconvenienced when I had a prescription to drop off. Decided to wait. An hour and a half later to fill a single bottle, they all the sudden had issues with my insurance. You can go here if time or lack of competence isn’t an issue for you.

This place is by far the SLOWEST and has the most RUDE employees I've ever dealt with at a pharmacy. I've been dealing with walgreens for years and have always been a loyal customer, but not anymore. It took my mother 3 different times to say "thank you" for the employee to even say "your welcome." Sorry but their customers do not come first and for that I will never deal with this walgreens again!!

This pharmacy is so unprofessional, they wasn't always like that, I'm guessing when they hired the new girls, is when it all went to hell, I would recommend if you're not a peoples person maybe you should find a profession that's more behind the scenes. They're not customer friendly or helpful,definitely got me questioning finding a different pharmacy.

The only reason this store pharmacy is getting a 1-star rating is because there isn't a big fat ZERO! This pharmacy and store has no effective management and non-existant customer service! One pharmacy employee, a 20-something nasty-mouth little girl named BIANCA, is a narcissistic SOCIOPATH who runs the whole shitshow! Her disgusting behavior and blatantly contemptuous attitude includes publically lying to/about customers, giving the customers the nasty middle finger gesture when called out (while she is on duty) then ignoring and refusing service to a disabled customer in the drive-thru, then laughing and pointing fingers at that elderly customer because her unprofessional and nasty behavior was called out then and twice before. This immature girl has been reported to management, her supervisor and the corporate office THREE DIFFERENT TIMES and nothing has been done. She still works there! "Management" is non-existent and they aren't interested in doing anything about this unprofessional and disgusting behavior. Makes one question why? What's really going on in that pharmacy? Don't waste your time or money on this rinky dink operation! I've been a customer of walgreens and Happy Harry's before that for 50 yrs and now will take my business and money elsewhere!

This is my first experience with this location and is for the pharmacy specifically. I am a veteran and suffer from chronic back pain. I was having a bad back day and needed immediate meds. This location was one of the closest to my house so I let the VA know I would pick up here. It was morning and I was notified it would be ready after noon. I arrived at 1:30 only to discover that the pharmacy was closed for lunch and I would have to return after 2 pm. I've never heard of a pharmacy closing in the middle of the day but that's how this place works. When I did arrive, my medication wasn't ready and I was told I would have to wait 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I discovered that one of my medications wasn't covered "under insurance". I called the VA to have it straightened out and they said they would call the pharmacy. It's now been an hour and I still have no medication and they haven't even started to fill the one that was covered. The second female that I spoke with was rude when I asked what the issue was. Add that to my pain level and this location gets a hard pass!

Received a coupon good on a future purchase. Cashier wouldn’t take it. Said it would be applied to my rewards balance. It clearly says it’s a STORE COUPON.
