Don't offer vaccines online if you don't have them in store!

I have been a Rite Aid Customer and joined the rewards program when I lived in NYC in the 80’s & 90’s. Always found what I needed then and even now that I live in Delaware 2024.

The staff at this store is extremely helpful and friendly. More stores could take a lesson from them on making customers feel appreciated.

They called me and told me a prescription was ready. I go over to get it this morning and the “woman” in the drive thru line pretends she can’t hear me or find my prescription. I then try to speak loud enough for her to hear me and she responds “you don’t have to yell at me” wow I guess professionalism don’t exist here. Let’s not try to figure out where my prescription is since it obviously was there when they called to tell me to pick it up. Thanks though for wasting my time and gas. I guess I will have the Dr office call it in to an actual pharmacy like Walgreens and pick it up from there. I would think Rite Aid would be concerned how a prescription would just disappear but I guess not.

The pharmacist is outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. The support staff is very efficient and pleasant.

I went to Rite Aid this morning to pick up medicine for my son because he wasn't feeling well. He ended up getting sick in the aisle and I rushed him to the bathroom. On the way to the bathroom, I saw an employee and notified her quickly of the mess he made. After cleaning my son's mess up, she came into the bathroom to ask if everything is okay and if we needed anything.
On the way out, another employee handed me a bag, without me asking, just in case my child got sick in my car.
The generosity and compassion of these two employees was a blessing. I am grateful that, in a stressful situation, they were willing to lend out a helping hand.

This store often times doesn't open when they say they're supposed too and they close earlier than closing time. Tonight, they close at 8pm, it's 7:10pm and there doors are closed and stores locked up.
