Rite Aid is a welcoming and professional store where customers can find what they need. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and compassionate, making customers feel appreciated. Their generosity is a blessing, especially in stressful situations, as they are willing to lend out a helping hand. The team is wonderful, with employees showing care by checking if everything is okay and offering assistance without being asked. This level of service has been consistent for long-time customers. The store is very welcoming as well as professional, providing peace of mind. More stores could take a lesson from them on customer care.

I have been a Rite Aid Customer and joined the rewards program when I lived in NYC in the 80’s & 90’s. Always found what I needed then and even now that I live in Delaware 2024.
