She got on the phone and thanks to her she was able to escalate the problem and get the billing fixed and lower my bill. I refer her to anyone who is experiencing issues with T-mobile. “I recently went in to the Xfinity in Dover DE wirh issues with my phone I went in before noon and did not wait very long I had the best tech/ salesman, Bernard Keys Jr. I had been thinking of upgrading my phone. He explained the issues with my phone so I did upgrade to the S24 and with their great deals was able to get a samsung watch and My monthly cost is a very reasonable price. Bernard was wonderful and guided me through the process he was so patient with me as I am not all that tech savvy. He is a real asset to Comcast!

“This is my go-to Verizon store. Because this particular Verizon store is probably one of the largest, I prefer to visit this one for all of my service needs. They are prompt, have more employees, friendly, and the environment is inviting. Wait times may be long on some occasions, however, they do have employee coverage to service your needs unlike smaller Verizon stores with 2 ppl and much longer wait times. More service needs can be met at this particular store.”
