Claims to be a FedEx drop off location, employees only accept packages they want to accept. A few days ago, I stopped in to drop off a package, was told they wouldn't take it without the shipping label even though online, it states they'll accept QR returns. Came back today with the shipping label only to be told by the employee behind the counter that they won't accept it because it's too large. When I was in Friday, I was told anything less than 50lbs and physical size didn't matter. It's a car seat... the whole thing weighs 15lbs. So just be aware that employees determine which packages they'll accept and won't.

Fed ex driver reports package delivered at 11:45 to customer, but not the case. Got the run around from customer service and eventually Brian the operations manager from Camden. Driver then reports problem rectified at 12:45 but still no package. Then tells me it was delivered to a barber shop several doors down, then says it was delivered to the next street over. Brian is as dishonest and incompetent as the driver. Left me on hold forever pretending he was trying to reach driver before hanging up on me. Looked everywhere for package, ny daughter's bday present, nowhere to be found. Eventually had to call the police. Never ever had a problem with UPS. Fed exx is awful and deserve 0.
