This family owned small business is amazing they kept me from spending too much money on a car not worth it. As for the negative reviews as a Hispanic family we got nothing but care and helpfulness from them. They asked me for my budget and told me what I could do with in the budget to get the car in a bit of better shape to sell it. Their estimates were below cost and less than others and honest and other places are going to just take my money. I am glad I listened to them and keep my money for a better car.Service: Exhaust

Please disregard the negative reviews stating that the owners of this business “racially profile” and that they’re “racist” because it’s simply not true at all. I have known the family that owns this business well over 20 years and for someone to make an accusation about their business that is way out in left field like that, is just ridiculous. They don’t discriminate from ANYONE! Those negative reviews are from someone who wasn’t happy with the answer they got so they felt that had to accuse them of something as outlandish as this. They do awesome work and I’d recommend them to anyone.

A good friend of mine came into your facility off a referral from another dealer and was looking for a repair on his old Mercedes. He was treated so disrespectful by a lady on your staff. Please see below his experience. Shameful! So, for the first time in years, I was profiled and refused service. A little crazy how it happened. I went to Camden Wyoming Auto Sales, I was referred by another business to have work done on a car. It's an older Mercedes, with a lot of miles. I didn't care what it cost, just wanted the car fixed to pass inspection. After I park, an older lady meets me at the door and walks me in. We start talking about the car, and it's like she's getting frustrated, cuts me off and flat out asks, how much money do I have? I tell her it doesn't matter how much I have, I'm willing to pay whatever to fix it. She refuses to go any further until I disclose my income to her. She needs to know if I have the money to pay for it. She doesn't want to waste time making an appointment for someone like me and I can't even afford to pay for it. I laugh and tell her, give me a ballpark on what it cost to hook up the computer and test it, she refuses, she wants to know how much money I have. The actual mechanic, nice guy, comes over and tries to explain says she didn't mean it like that, it's just that Mercedes get a little pricey, and it could get expensive. She then cuts him off and says " no, I want to know how much money he has, do you even have a $1000." I don't think you can afford this. I just laugh and tell her obviously she doesn't want my business, she smiles and tells me " I sure don't " then says can't you find someone where you live to fix it, walks me to the door, and tells me she doesn't want my business. Thanks Camden-Wyoming Auto Sales.

Can't rate on their work, was never given a chance to go that far. Was repeatedly asked how much money I had, and they wouldn't even look at the car. They didn't think I could afford the repair, although they never looked at the car and didn't know what repairs it needed. If this is your garage and they treat you well, great, I'm happy for you, but as I walked to the door and told they didn't want my service, I'll never return. This was my experience with them, glad it wasn't yours. Hopefully customer service is better with others. You lost a customer before we even started.

Someone I know was racially profiled and was asked how much money does he have. He was there for a repair. The woman repeatedly talked over him and was very rude! The mechanic tried to smooth it over and explained that she didn’t mean it the way it sounded. She assured him she meant it the way it sounded wanted to know if he can even afford the work and then asked him why doesn’t he get it fixed where he lived. He then said that she doesn’t want his business. She then replied she sure doesn’t! What a horrible place!

A good friend of mine was discriminated and profiled by an unkind woman working in this establishment. She cost this business a hardworking and well-paying customer because of her own racist beliefs. If she continues to work here then I question the ethics of the entire auto group. C’mon people, it’s 2023. This is absolutely unacceptable.

They don't like Black people. If you are black do not spend your money here. The mechanic a good guy with no recourse. However if they employ a lady like that ,don't spend your Black dollars where you black skin is not respected.

These people are racist and profile customers based on their skin color. They demand to know how much money someone has before even looking at their car because they assume a person of color couldn't possibly afford repairs for their mercedes. Super gross behavior. I would avoid at all costs.

Make sure you walk in with your bank account balance written on your forehead, so they know if your worth an appointment, discrimination and it's finest.
