Super fast and friendly service from 4 Points Tow Company! My car broke down out of town and they were awesome to work with, first the folks at the office when I called, then with updates keeping me informed about arrival time, and very courteous gentlemen who transported my vehicle. Great experience!

Could not recommend enough. I have a fairly low and rare german import that they managed to accommodate quickly and safely. My driver Cody was friendly and courteous too. Made me much more comfortable trusting them with an irreplaceable car.

I had to have my vehicle towed today. The roadside assistance company chose 4 Points Towing. The driver was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. My vehicle was loaded onto the truck with the best care and it was a very pleasant transaction. Keep it up!

The gentleman was so quick and professional. He communicated with me every step. I had been stranded for over 3 hours by the first towing company but 4 points came in less than 20 minutes. Excellent customer service. You can depend on this towing company!!

Locked my keys in my trunk yesterday morning, requested roadside through my insurance and they sent someone from 4 points. He was done in 2 minutes and was super friendly. I didn't catch his name but I'm grateful for him coming! Hope it doesn't happen again but if it does I know who I'mcalling!

This is the 3rd time we have needed 4 points in the last year and a half … each time they have been wonderful!! Arriving in half the time quoted, trucks always neat and clean, drivers are friendly and know exactly what they are doing, our vehicles with loaded with ease and dropped at the shop with no worries!!! Vehicle was picked up to take to the dealer for a service issue. They were very careful with our vehicle, took photos of it to verify any prior damages to protect all of us in case of any damages while at the dealer. Their rollback was top notch and driver was very courteous.Service: Car towing
