“I have been meaning to leave a review for months. But I just want to say extraordinary service! I live in Virginia active duty military so time never was on our side and when I was on a search for a new skid steer I called everyone in my area and surrounding areas. Most brushed us off, but when I called burke equipment and spoke to Mike Brelia and he was so helpful then gave me a fair price for what I wanted. I can't say enough great things about Mike. I could not come pick up machine so had it transported for me and he was there and had everything ready. He went over machine top to bottom for us. Was so kind to my family who met him there. Over the months he always checks on us and asks how skid steer is doing. Mike truly cares about every person and burke equipment is truly blessed to have such a dedicated, loyal, passionate salesman. I will definitely be going back and getting more equipment from Mike and burke equipment in the future. Thank you so much!”

“Jimmy is the best in the business! I had a scratch on my car door that was really bothering me and I called up jimmy and he took care of my issues as soon as possible! When I first took my car to the shop I was greeted by his friendly dogs and cats and they are some of the sweetest animals I have ever seen! Jimmy haves a very professional shop and I can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. Jimmy said he could get my door fixed within two days and he did! He repainted one of my doors and he was able to get the paint to match perfectly! It looks like nothing even happened to my car. Jimmy is also very affordable on pricing! My bedside scraped a boulder coming down a narrow mountain pass in CA and the fender took a freaking chunk off that boulder and hardly damaged my fenders thanks to the thorough application of Line-X! “Purchased the 100XR LEER Cap for my LB Tacoma crew cab. From the ordering to install, exactly 3 weeks. Price was very competitive with other quotes (lowest price). Install only took 1 hour, easy wait with a Dunkin Donuts almost nextdoor. Staff was friendly during the ordering process and the tech showed me the operation and features of the cap's drop in front window, windoors, light and locks. The LEER cap itself seems well built, color match was perfect. Good experience overall, I would recommend this vendor for truck accessories.”

“Went to Hertrich Nissan for service on my first Nissan, Amanda treated me like royalty so much so that after I recover from my surgery and get back situated at work in about six months, I’m 100% sure I’m going to purchase my next vehicle from this dealership and it’s all thanks to the service that was provided to me. My local mechanic, who I trust with my life advised me that I shouldn’t get a transmission fluid flush on my nissan because I missed two cycles, but Amanda explained to me in detail what kind of transmission I have in this 2019 nissan and the importance on starting the cycle of transmission fluid flushing every 30,000 miles “now” because I still have a decent amount of mileage on my car which I thought was amazing advice, I was given an option of two different waiting areas which was also amazing, because I was able to embrace the environment of the second waiting area as well as complete some paperwork for my job in preparation for surgery and glacé at a new vehicle or two in the process. The car sales employees as well as the other employees were also very nice to me and made me feel at home, a car dealership should feel like an extended part of your family and that’s how Amanda and the Hertrich Dealership made me feel. I don’t like feeling pressured as I will not do business with anyone who makes me feel pressured, Amanda applied 0 absolutely “NO” pressure, she simply made a recommendation and left me to decide on what I want to do in the future which in turn made me want to spend money , because she built and established trust from the “door”.

“A shout out to the girl who works in service. My maintenance indicator lamp was on…made an appt with service …however, when I called back, she told me to check the gas cap!! Voila!! It was crooked!! The warning light is off and all is well. ??”
“A couple of months back Brian and his team were there when I got in my first fender bender. I had to get a whole new front bumper, and radar. They made my process fast and easy while explaining everything in fine detail while making sure I had no questions unanswered.
