Horrible customer service, Waiting 45 mins in the drive thru to get meds that they never had ready. Even though refills where days ago. I cringe Everytime I have to come here

The lady at the pharmacy, relatively tall, dark hair, and a continuous smile helped my wife and me with prescriptions and COVID tests. Also registered my wife in their rewards program. We were there about 4:30 today. Didn't get her name, but she was outstanding. Customer service people need to know how effective a great smile means to the public. She could train them all.

Absolutely horrible customer service! They hung up on me when I called in for an update on my child's medicine since they never updated my information that my sick child's medication was ready for pick up. When I called to ask if they could give me just a could extra minutes the lady rudely told me if I am not in line by 6 then nothing can be done about it. How does a pharmacy only have hours from 9:30-6:00 when working class families are working those hours? All I can say is thank God for the Seaford location tonight.

Doesn't matter what time you get here, it's always over an hour wait to pick up a prescription. Going to be switching if this happens one more time.

Prescriptions are pretty much never ready on time. The line to get to the pharmacy is typically extremely long. Today they told my script would be ready in 20 minutes. Came back 2 hours later and they tell me 20 minutes again.

Are you kidding me?????!!!!!! IT IS ILLEGAL TO KEEP SOMEONES PRESCRIPTION AND CLOSE DOWN YOUR PHARMACY AND NOT GIVE PEOPLE A CHANCE TO GET THEIR MEDICINE.

Am a new resident, went inside to give them insurance card info. Very helpful and polite staff. Took care of everything and my scripts from another state. People expect pharmacy to be super fast and efficient, but they’re responsible for being accurate. Maybe lower the speedy expectations so much?

My insurance changed from Walmart to Walgreens in Jan. Always a problem. The computerized check on prescription status is either vague or incorrect. I'd rather deal with walmart.

On multiple different occasions I’ve had prescriptions take DAYS to be filled with no given reason as to why, and once was flat out denied a prescription because of their incompetence. The company as a whole seems to be dying because this isn’t even the worst Walgreens in Sussex..

Can you give no stars? Closed on weekends. Wait HOURS for prescriptions. I could’ve went to Lowes and gathered the materials to build a lab…built it. Got on eBay and bartered with the sellers on lab supplies….waited for the packages to arrive, and made my own prescriptions in the time it took Bridgeville Walgreens to have it ready. ANNOYED

Management doesn't care. I had a bad experience waited in line to check out forever while manager didn't help. Was waiting in line for trading cards. The sign said limit of 2 per item per customer. Ok I understand and get that. Asked for 3 different pokemon theme decks. These decks are 100% 3 different items so my limit is two of each item. Manager came over and said I can't have 3. I try to calmy explain to her that they are different items. She cuts me off and says it doesn't matter cause its all pokemon. I try to explain again and she cuts me off again. It was d*** can you please at least listen to the customer instead of acting like a Karen. Called there customer support line and talked to the actual manager named Shila and she was just as rude and short with me on the phone so I hung up. I have filled out there customer survey and asked to be contacted about my experience sense it was negative. Will change this review if management calls and apologizes for their behavior. I seriously doubt this will happen with the unwarranted attitude I received
