We been going to Reliable Auto services for almost 5 years now ! They are nice people and great services! We moved 30 minutes away from them but we still go there! I always wait for my car when oil change, tire rotation and never have to wait long! As long as you make appointments.

I have brought my car many times to this shop and never had any problems but today I dropped my truck off in the morning because I had an appointment for it in the morning to check the brakes and CEL. Called 30 minutes before they close to see what's up because I never received the call and was told they never did anything. They didn't even know my truck was there even though it's parked right in front of the garage. Left my keys in the same spot I have every time and they didn't even check if they were there. Very unprofessional and annoying since now I have to be without my vehicle a whole nother day.

Took my car in for overheating, Russell charged me 240.00 for replacing 1 coilpack, 2 spark plugs, got car back still overheating, Russell again charged me 285.00 new radiator, got car back Still Overheating, The car had a busted block ugh! Such a shame to come down from Baltimore and take advantage of Our People in Our Small Town!! Living For Creation!!
