“The lady at the pharmacy, relatively tall, dark hair, and a continuous smile helped my wife and me with prescriptions and COVID tests. Also registered my wife in their rewards program. We were there about 4:30 today. Didn't get her name, but she was outstanding. Customer service people need to know how effective a great smile means to the public. She could train them all.”
