Due to some poor and impulsive decisions made by yours truly , I ended up getting my truck stuck in the woods approximately 70ish feet off the road ON CHRISTMAS EVE!! After several hours and failed attempts at getting myself out I called just see if they could help. (This was not a tow, it was a recovery) When I say that man was there 10 minutes after hanging up the phone I am not exaggerating. He took a look at the situation and told me he needed to run home and get a longer cable and assured me he would be back in just a few minutes (it was dark now). 15 minutes later he was back and had me hooked up. Now this wasn’t just a matter of him pulling me out of the mud, oh no. This required that a rather large holly tree get cut down and then moved. He also helped with that. He then very gently pulled my truck out of the muddy mess it was buried in without so much as a scratch. There are not enough stars that I can give him nor a high enough praise. He left his home on Christmas Eve in the dark and cold to come pull me out of the mess I’d gotten myself into. When I asked how much I owed him he put his hands up, said Merry Christmas and left!!! If any other company had come out it would have probably been at least $1200. Maybe it was the Christmas spirit or maybe he was taking pity on the dumb lady stuck in the woods but I will be making sure he is compensated for his time and effort. His act of kindness has helped restore some of my faith that there are still some good people in this world. He was patient and kind through then entire ordeal. Please support this business if you ever find yourself needing a tow or know someone that does.This whole event happened to get caught on one of my deer cameras so pictures are below.

I needed help with tow late one night due to crazy circumstances and this man done the most amazing stuff for me. He went above and beyond way more than customer service is about. Like literally this tow truck guy is a blessing straight from the Lord. I will ALWAYS recommend him and call him when I’m in need. A true life saver ??❤️

Thank you K&B! These guys are amazing! The response time from phone call to arrival was less than 15 om minutes, on a miserable, rainy Friday evening. I made sure I added them to my contact's for future reference. Also I am quite sure that I would have paid much more for the winch out from anyone else.

K& B made time at the last min to help me & my husband and went above & over the call of duty to help us to get back to Baltimore. Price was good , friendly, I will never call no one else!!! Their should be more business like them. Amen to them.

Great service! Answered right away and provided tow really quickly. They sent Tony the tow truck driver (tony's towing & recovery) and he was super friendly and treated our car with care. Highly recommend this company!!
