The lady I spoke to and set up the service with was probably one of the nicest people I spoke to, she made the process super easy and convenient. Trustworthy company for us out of state people.

My Ac was acting up last night I called Cox and the woman who answered was friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately they didn't have any appt for 5 days. I get it. It's 96 degrees. They are busy! I went to Walmart and bought fans. The woman called back and told me they can squeeze me in this morning. Her phone call was fun and playful! Mark and another gentleman ( sorry I forget name) arrived at my place on time and with a smile. They troubleshot the issue and writhing 15 minutes had me up and running! They were on time and professional! I am one "happy camper". I saved their card for the ( inevitable) next time. I'm leaving this review because they deserve a 5 star review. But honestly I debated. Because I really want to keep this awesome secret to myself!!!!!

I called for AC service. They came when they said they would, and my AC never worked better. And I thought the price was very fair. I would recommend Cox RV Repair!

I called Cox RV for AC service and they came out to our summer getaway, did our service, got the AC in good shape and left the bill. They trusted us, and in turn, earned our trust. Our AC hasn't worked this well since we bought our place 3 years ago. I recomend Cox RV!!

Three Appointments scheduled....NO SHOWMy story.....Just got a call from COX RV saying they will not service me because I posted about them missing 3 appointments my private FB Group. So since they are reading my posts I'll post the whole story. Called COX RV Thurs 6/1 when I found the leak told the lady we were not in warranty and I would be paying. She scheduled repair for Monday 6/5. No show no call. Called them same lady rescheduled for Wed or Thur 6/7 or 6/8. No show on Wed. Called yesterday at 2 pm she said they were still coming. They showed at 4:57 pm didn't get the key from office didn't repair and left 3 minutes after they got there. Called this morning lady said they couldn't fix it as it was under warranty. Again I informed her it was not and that I would be paying for it. She then scheduled me for Monday 6/12 or Wed 6/14. I then made my post since I have no faith they would show So since COX is reading my posts, I'll say your company stinks and you could care less about a paying customer. I give them 1 star because the only call I got from them was to tell me they wouldn't service me because of my post.

Called Cox's RV repair in late-July with a small leak in the roof of our camper. Called back 6 times over the next 5 weeks and was continually told "you're on our list, we'll get to it." This past weekend, I found that the camper was now leaking from 3 spots, and so what was a small problem has now become a much larger problem. Called back again today and was told that they could not complete the job. So, not only do I now have a bigger problem (and associated bill to pay), but it's late September and I am back at square one, desperately making phone calls to find someone that might be able to help. If they could not do the job, fine, but they wasted 6 weeks of valuable time in order to tell me that.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!Called for assistance with minor plumbing requirement and de-winterization. Having had a previous poor experience with a different provider, ALEXANDER RV in Milford, where the unit sat in a field for more than one-month, I this made the appointment and asked “When will service be performed?” Reply: “on the day you bring it in”. Upon arrival with the unit, the technician stated: “I hope you are not in a hurry for this; I work only one day a week - it will take 2 weeks to get to this”. Very poor attitude; poor shop setup, poorly equipped shadetree operation; only bright element was “Sherry”, who was cheerful and helpful with service order preparation.
