I love my local Walgreens. The sales people are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is EXCELLENT! I wouldn't go for immunizations anywhere else!! Nothing is too much for their customers and this isn't the case in ALL Walgreens stores! So I will stay with MY Walgreens!!

Came here for my covid vaccine. First shot. Done. Great made an appointment for the second shot. Got there on time. (5:15) even had an email remind me. Wait my turn. Get to the front of the line. 5 minutes maybe. Not long at all. The assistant there that was giving shots told me that I had to come back tomorrow because they no longer had time to give me the shot. It was 5:20 and they closed at 5:30 and he had to watch me after the shot which would put them later than 5:30. So sorry. Come back tomorrow at 9:15. I rushed to get off work early and make it there on time. I took off the next day just in case I had a reaction like a lot of people did. He didn't give me an option. Just said sorry. I don't know who this kid was. But he wasn't the pharmacist. I come back this morning. Walk in. No wait. Get my shot. The same kid says "ok have a good day" And I walk out!!! No making me wait. Nothing. It was so inconsiderate and inconvenient. Working in customer service I would never treat a customer like this. I hope there are no side effects because I can't take tomorrow off work. Thanks so much Walgreens in Bethany beach DE!

I spoke to the pharmacy on Friday and had a prescription filled in the afternoon. Not once did he mention it should be picked up that day since they are closed Saturday and Sunday. So I went to pick it up today to find that they are closed. It is so incredibly frustrating and disappointing. On top of it, half of the shelves were empty of products. I will not be using this Walgreens again.

The entire store staff was wonderful, helpful, friendly and caring. From the front cashiers to the pharmacist, amazing. We came to the store for my 12 year old daughters to get their COVID vaccines. One of my daughters was very anxious about the shot and had tear-filled eyes. Suzi and Tay came to the rescue, both very comforting and going out of their way to help make my daughter feel better. This is an amazing team of wonderful people. I may need to focus my loyalty to Walgreen moving forward:)

Made appointment for flu shot and when I arrive there were no needles. Manager, Erica W, --rudely --said there really weren't appointments and that it was first come, first served, so they didn't save any needles for known appointments. Even though Walgreens Bethany had called me on Monday about my appointment in order to say call ahead to make sure they had the hi-dose vaccine for seniors, Erica denied they knew I had an appointment. Her solution: come back at 9:00 am Monday and try again. Terrible customer service.

Forgot my medications at home and the Pharmacy staff was so helpful in obtaining an emergency supply and saved me a four hour drive home! Thanks for your help & professionalism!!

Josh the shift lead was working and he was rude/unkind. My niece who is over 18 had an issue with him, as well as myself. He spoke with my sister on the phone about the situation and was still being unreasonable in the request to sell a tobacco product to a legally licensed adult on her behalf as she could not make it to the store herself. He instead was rude and then tried blaming company policy. Unfortunately, no manager was on duty besides himself. To be frank he isn’t even the first staff to be rude at this location. There was also an older woman working who was rude prior. Small things like this can really set a domino effect of negativity in a time when we all need more positivity. A tip for Josh try being a little more kind and mind your tone sir.

We were 'caught' between our home and our vacation home in March 2020. Suffice it to say, most of our meds were in DC because we thought we'd only spend ten days in Bethany Beach. The pharmacy staff at Walgreens/BB went above and beyond their typical efficient assistance. They kindly ran interference with our insurance carrier to get a 'new' set of prescriptions to us before the 'current' set ran out. Their service was especially appreciated when there were so many questions re "alternate" prescription coverage. Super well done!

I ordered pictures from this location and my pick up time was 2:20 PM. I arrived at the store and at 2:40 PM and my pictures had not even been started. There was someone sitting at the photo department with headphones on who claimed he could not help me. After a different worker was called he started my pictures, told me 12 minutes and then disappeared. 20 minutes later no one had returned to photo booth-just headphones guy sitting there. I asked about my order and the guy sitting there once again claimed he had to call someone else. When another worker arrived, my pictures were STILL not done because the printer had ran out of paper and no one was there to change it. I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to finish. After receiving my pictures, they were blurry. Overpriced, slow, and low quality. Highly disappointed.

The pharmacy staff is wonderful, however the off-season hours are TERRIBLE!!! Seriously don't get sick on the weekend or forget to pick up your script by 3pm, otherwise you will have to do without. Also closed on holidays.

Excellent customer service. Everybody is really nice and always helpful. I especially think the pharmacy is the best around, they don't keep you waiting and are so helpful when it comes to health insurance issues.
