Stealing deposit money from the students abord! Even after paying the rent they still want to take the chunk off for "electricity" from DEPOSIT! Be aware students coming from work and travel program.

We use Jack Hickman for our Beach House Rental (Henlopen Dr. South Bethany, DE) and Meredith Is sweet and such a pleasure to work with. This is a smaller Agency and gives a more personable experience vs the bigger realtors that just get you in and out. We chose Meredith to represent us after interviewing 5 other Realtors. They are also in the process of upgrading their online booking and other modern technologies.

Very disappointing experience with the agency. Very difficult to communicate with (responding on their side sometimes takes over a week). They don't really care what complains you have once you move in into the house you rent, simple issues take months to be taken care of. Definitely not going to use their services in the future.
