If I were writing this review yesterday, it would be a five star rating. Yesterday's experience combined with the prior 3 or 4 since moving to the area in July 2022 have been wonderful. The quality of products, service and attention to detail have been excellent. Today, December 24, not so much and, enough so, I will never return.We shopped there yesterday and found really beautiful gifts for dear family members. While there, my wife commented on a necklace that she found beautiful. Despite being a stupid man, I paid attention and noted it. It really was spectacular. We went to other nearby stores while they wrapped our purchases but I sneaked back to ask about the necklace and pick up our purchases. Sweet wifey was shopping elsewhere. The necklace of semi-precious stones, I learned, was nearly $1,100. I called back to the store a little later to confirm their hours today (12/23) and tomorrow, of course Christmas Eve...5PM and 3PM respectively.As I walked toward the store slightly after 2:45 on 12/24, I saw the store door being locked by one of the salespeople that helped us the day before. Once locked, she began walking away. I called to her, 'Excuse me', she turned, and I said, 'It's not 3 o'clock.' She said, we're closed. I responded, 'I called and talked with your colleague yesterday and she said the store closes at 3PM' at which point she looked at me, shrugged her shoulders and turned to walk away. I was incredulous. I won't bore you with the remaining details except to say I remained stunned and incredulous.Having family that's owned businesses serving the public including a jewelry store and medical practice, customers and patients were never, ever turned away. I will make a point of having a conversation with the owner of the business to convey this message but I have no plans of ever stepping into the store again.

Visited JJ Stones off season and my wife bought some earrings. The Manger was very pleasant, originally from Baltimore. Very quiet this late October.

Just left the store. It was the first time I was ever there. What a great selection of awesome jewelry as well as Great prices.The sales lady was so nice and very helpful, but not pushy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great jewelry at a great price here at the beach.

I went here on a dreary Thursday morning while out for a walk a few days before mother's day. I thought I'd look for something last minute for mom and something for my wife's birthday. Excellent selection of modern and classic silver jewelry, among many other items. Experienced, professional help and advice while I was there. Absolute pleasure to shop there. I left with what I needed and some extras too! Fairly priced across the board. I would highly recommend this shop, and I plan on returning for another look.
