We had a VERY positive experience when purchasing a large area rug and a hall runner for our condo from Homeworks Carpet One Floor & Home. We worked with Joe and Paula - a great team! They helped us select the perfect carpet! (They have a huge selection!) Joe delivered the carpet to us a few weeks ago and it is beautiful, very high quality, and it came with an excellent pad that will muffle noise, so the neighbors below us won't be disturbed by our very active grandkids. We highly recommend Homeworks Carpet One Floor and Home, in Bethany, for beautiful, high-quality rugs and for their very professional, knowledgeable staff.

The experience with Homeworks Carpet One was fantastic. Peter went out of his way to make our floor and carpet installation a pleasant experience. The craftsmanship of the installation was outstanding. We would definitely recommend.

I would never ever purchase from this Company again. We originally started with a Salesman (Kenny) that left the company. We then had to keep calling to get our Floor and Carpet installed. (Which took 3 weeks to complete and should have been 2-3 days) I am convinced that had we not kept calling they would have never reached out to us. We ask Michelle to have the Manager call us and never received a call. The LVP installers were excellent. I can't say enough good things about them. Thanks to the Installers, our floors are beautiful. However, this company needs to re-evaluate their Sales Staff. We were treated very poorly by the Bethany Office Staff. We are now waiting for a repair to be done to the Flexible Quarter Round due to installation being wrong - I sent an email Monday 06/28/2021 and they are suppose to be here Monday to install.

We could not have had a better experience with Homeworks. Their price beat their competitors by a good amount as well as giving us a better product. We had a potential major issue with carpet being installed & a moving van coming at the same time but they worked with us to avoid having a huge problem. I can not say enough about the whole team!

Had to have floor previously installed by this company checked and partially replaced. We have waited for over a month after one person came to check the floor to have it measured and get a quote. No one ever came and several phone calls were never answered. We own a Condominium where this is located and I am sure this development is the source of most of its business. There is absolutely no reason to use them.

We wanted to shop locally and had no problem with paying premium prices to have our stairs carpeted. From our first visit with the carpet installers to the completion of the project, there were three failed attempts. One, because of an error in measuring, two, because the carpet was mistakenly soiled with the installers blue marker, and the third time when it was measured, cut and bound incorrectly. If it wasn’t for the diligence of the last installer, who came back twice to make the job work, I may still be waiting for carpeting on my stairs.
