I bought a hat and two shirts from this store. Wore the shirts once and washed them and the letters fell off. I paid top dollar for garbage. We come to Bethany every year and buy shirts. This is the first time I bought shirts from this store and I’m so disappointed. I have shirts from 5 + years ago that still have the logos and letters on them that have been washed several times. This store is a rip-off. I reached out to see if they would do anything and never heard back.

Charged $75 dollars above market for Ray-Bans. Didn't include a box and gave me a case that doesn't even fit them. Two young girls who are innocent in this and aren't prepared to deal with this sorta disorder. Had to reach out to Ray-Bans to get this fixed. You can get cheaper things anywhere else on the boardwalk. No refund policy is also the greatest kick. I can accept my mistake, but the lack of actual product support while carrying a name brand is inexcusable.

I got scolded from younger male cashier for buying a dress that was on display. Sorry for patronage and will not buy again. Not sure why my business was not appreciated.... Will shop elsewhere in the future.

We shopped at several stores in Bethany Beach, including this store and a co-owned shop across the street (Tropicana Sun). The cashier added a 3% "non-cash adjustment" that was passed off as sales tax. At the end of the day, I compared receipts and realized that there is no sales tax in Delaware. It was just a few bucks for us, but it adds up to a significant amount when this is being done to customer after customer. THESE SKIMMERS SHOULD GO TO JAIL. Don't go to the Tropicana Shop either. The ownership is linked and they did the same thing. They asked where we were from, so I STRONGLY SUSPECT THAT THEY ARE DELIBERATELY SCAMMING OUT-OF-STATE SHOPPERS.

Me and my family came into this place a few days ago, the service was quiet nice, the young lady helped us get what we needed. I saw a rat in the store and that was hands down the best part of my trip to Bethany Beach. I won't be returning

The store was very small, which isn't a problem. I understand that they don't have a whole lot of space in those stalls, or buildings. The problem is my wife, who is very large, couldn't buy anything because she couldn't fit in the rows, and they also didn't have anything in her size

I was accused of staining an article of clothing at this store that was stained before i even tried it on. The claim was that my makeup had stained it even though a.) my skin tone was obviously lighter than the stain and b.) it was a drippy stain, not smudged, and on the back thigh of the romper; how could my makeup have gotten there? The woman working gave me the “option” of paying for it or calling the authorities on me and ignored requests to look at camera footage. Will not shop again, management is obviously lacking and will even make rash accusations for a bit of cash. Sad how materialism comes before humanity. Really upset me.

Stopped by yesterday with Daughter and Grand children. Located on Bethany Beach Board Walk has outdoor dinning. Moderatly priced actually a great value at the Beach. Crab Cakes are excellent, all Crab littler or no filler. Pinni's are great. I had one yesterday !!!!!!!!!!! Everyone in my party enjoyed the meal. I highly recommendTurtle Beach Cafe.
