Setting up my account with Chelsea was easy and the staff here is always friendly. I’m never there for too long. They keep things moving.

Terrible customer service. No one ever picks up the phone. And after you leave messages, no one calls you back.

Worst bank in the world. All people work here is lazy and never appreciate an customer. They will stand there for hr without doing anything , but they wont solve client issues. They don't take any people without appointment. Also, the website is very confusing for online banking. I created account for billpay purpose, and i did selected the billpay option. However after wasting 20 days of account opening they said Money market account doent have billpay capabilities. It seems dumb. Capital One has Money market account and its super user friendly.I hope this bank fails in recession and some other bank acquires it. They probably messing with client information and not hiring educated people in bank.

The employees are all helpful and kind, the bank layout itself is lacking. The drive up atm is designed so you have to be in an oversized suv to reach it but also so narrow that you need a clown car to get to the thing.

Tellers never seem to want to do anything, seem inconvenienced by customers. Most of the time the line is long but the tellers are just talking to each other.

Went there to get a document notarized but there was a big line. However the tellers had no line. I asked (twice, two different people) if anyone at the teller were able to notarize, they responded very rudely saying that I had to wait just like every one else. The second time I asked, my question was the same "if anyone at the teller was allowed to notarize" she responded very nasty saying "I don't know you have to wait like every one else"......now my problem here is not that they were busy, but their nasty attitude and terrible way to talk to a clients, as well as their inability to simply say "sorry, only the people in the office are qualified to notarize" in a professional manner.

So i went to this branch today, to have my debit card fixed, and the teller asks for my ID stating, 'I want to make sure you didn't pick this up at the parking lot.' WSFS, are black people not supposed to bank with you? Or are we all so beneath you & can't afford your services without being belittled?

You know the more I visit this branch the less of a believer I am in their motto, "we stand for service". Each time I visit it seems I'm getting sub par service, I get a teller that looks, acts and behaves like she'd rather be some where else, they haven't been very polite or even friendly not to mention unprofessional at times. I frequent this branch at least once or twice a month and not for nothing over the past three months I've met with dour, sour tellers, one was nice and pleasant. When I first did business with this branch folks were what I expected, kind, pleasant, courteous and professional, not I find myself longing for those days or better yet taking my business elsewhere. I'm going to post this comment to their Face Book page as well, perhaps the manager who's busy else where can make corrections to improve service, if I wanted to be treated like I was back in NYC I'd go back there.
