Setting up my account with Chelsea was easy and the staff here is always friendly. I’m never there for too long. They keep things moving.

The employees are all helpful and kind, the bank layout itself is lacking. The drive up atm is designed so you have to be in an oversized suv to reach it but also so narrow that you need a clown car to get to the thing.
