After a few minutes, he started the car, and everything seemed to be running fine. I don't remember the gentleman’s name, but he fixed the problem and explained everything to me. “Arvin, went over and above in helping me get my vehicle back on the road. My vehicle had been sitting for awhile since I was out of state and I needed a new battery. Arvin wasn’t able to tow my vehicle since I had the emergency brake on. However, he was kind enough to take the dead battery out & told me he would return to put the new one in. He did!Little did I know my vehicle & I was going to need Arvin’s assistants again on the same day. I went to pick up my grandson at the daycare. As I drove into a parking spot my vehicle would not go into Park position. Leaving me to have my foot on the brake until I could call for help. The dealership couldn’t help so I called Arvin from Two Boys Auto and explained my situation. Even though he was off duty he came out of his way with a computer in hand. Apparently, my electronics needed to be reset. Thank you so much for all your help, knowledge, professionalism and kindness.Service: Battery service”

“From our initial phone conversation to ensuring the issue with my tractor was resolved, Steve has been absolutely impeccable. On March 19, 2023, I spoke with Steve and expressed how I had no power within my tractor. After listening very attentively he advised he would be out to me shortly. Steve made it to me very fast and upon his arrival he quickly got to work diagnosing the issue. He advised me, I lost ground at my battery to frame cable, which he swiftly rectified. Needless to say, I'm very appreciative of how knowledgeable, qualified and experienced he is even while explaining the issue I was having and what it would take to resolve the issue. Unbeknownst to me Steve had worked all night Saturday night and still made me such a priority and insured my issue was resolved quickly. Steve is definitely top notch and highly recommended to service all your tractor needs, he will definitely make you a priority.”

“I called after hours and to my surprise someone answered! He was friendly and very helpful. They were much better than Delaware Auto Salvage, who I called right before them and was very displeased at their customer service. He did say call back the next day to talk to someone about the part I needed. He told me to ask for Angel and again nothing but great service and such a reasonable price for everything I needed. He answered all my questions I asked without sounding rude or annoyed like Delaware did. My mom was also impressed about how nice and friendly they were.
