I was referred via a Facebook post...I was on a quest of finding a professional to wall mount my TV. I was given two names so I made a choice based off of the professional profiles and let me tell you, I made the right choice and I will also add that this was one of the BEST referrals that I've received! So I wanted to create time in my schedule to drop a review on a job well done.I was only having a small TV installed in my very own Inspiration spot and Leo & Brandon went above and beyond the expected "TV Wall Mount" gig! They even showed me really cool tips and tricks that were beneficial to me and my Vision! Great job and I will definitely be recommending your services to anyone that has a need...in fact, I made a recommendation not even 30 minutes after you guys completed the job!

We thought after meeting with Leo that we chose the right place to handle our needs because he responded promptly and actually came on a Saturday to consult with us. We were told our job could be done after a weeks time, but when we hadn’t heard back as to when it would be scheduled, learned that the TV that was going to be installed was damaged in transit. We had to be the ones to reach out; strike one. So after a few phone calls, they were able to resolve the issue and we were scheduled. So, Leo and another tech came to do the install, which included wiring existing speakers as well as connecting 2 set top boxes and a new router which we ordered from Verizon. It also involved installing the TV in an existing built in which required working the TV into the area, as well as adding an addition of screening to hide the open area not covered by TV. This install took 2 days which was more than we expected but certainly acceptable if the install was done right. The bottom line is that the install went well, the connection went well, BUT instead of being able to turn TV on with one remote, we need two; no big deal, but we thought we only needed to turn in one remote. However, the new router which again had been installed to maximize the WiFi, was changed to include two WiFi connections which I still don’t understand and one does not accept the password that was added. We called Leo to ask him to help us understand and correct the issues that we feel should be “user friendly”, since we’re not technically savvy, and have not received a response to my text nor two phone calls. So although he did a good job installing the TV, and making necessary adjustments, he was very poor in responding and we would give 2 1/2 stars since we had to track him down regarding the TV, as well as tracking him down regarding the unanswered questions and the “whys” as to the lack of function, and still no answer. We feel that when an individual/business is willing to respond and make things right, they’re responsible. Leo from Symphony Hifi did an excellent job hanging our TV set, he was quick efficient and even had some additional accessories with him conceal the wires (I'm a renter so we couldn't run the wires/cables in the wall). The placement is perfect and the light from the windows doesn't interfere with the image as to where Leo placed it. I recommend Symphony HiFi for all your audio/video needs.

Leo came over after husband bought a new TV to install a wall mount and outlet in the back of the tv. We made the appointment, he was prompt, clean and completed the job without any issues. Would definitely be recommending him to anyone who needs it.

Website shows Paradigm as one of the products that they sell. Yet when searching on their site for Paradigm products...nothing. Same for Bose. Attention to detail.

I have been working with Leo symphoni Hifi right from my house construction to design the atmos setup till choosing speakers set up. Leo has been extremely extremely helpful and has an in depth knowledge of the systems be it receiver/speakers/subs. Symphoni hifi always provided unbiased opinions and suggestions and they are not into marketing unlike other guys in the market. There are cases where I have gone ahead with a different setup than what was originally provided but they always provided their help in what ever way. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for home theater setup....
