I went in today to wash my clothes and the washer has selective options which are Cold, warm and hot we selected hot water for our clothes because using cold water will not get stains out of clothes so we asked the lady and she told us that the water is hot but we feel the water and it’s cold , and also in the bathroom if you turn the sinks on the water is COLD! This has been going on for a while and this is not correct for them to keep this business open unless they give free washes for a week to show respect in order of using people !

I’m sure you will not care about my review on your place ! But here go my rant !!!! I walk in to do my throw rugs and find out I have pay $2.00 to get a card to wash ! Then I have to put no less then $20.00 on this card to wash. I was ok with that until I saw the vending machines with laundry supplies take cash!!! And of course this machine old and not up to date with time ! You can invest in a card machine to use on washing and drying so up date your vending machine! Second laundromat in less than a hour ! Best believe the got a great review from me too ! Do better please !!!! I’m a busy woman! I will never use this laundromat again!!! I will never use this place again!

If you must go to a Laundromat, this is definitely my top recommendation to go to! Only thing that would make it better, is if they were open 24/7! (It's okay I know we won't get that lucky though lol)

This laundromat was very clean and very busy. The dryers worked really well, but depending on what time you go they might be scarce and you may be waiting for one.

Two of the three machines that I used did not wash nor rinse my clothes. There was no attendant on duty so I had to bring wet dirty clothes back home. There was no telephone number available for me to call and complain. I will never go back.

Clean machines, bathrooms, and overall. Didn't meet any staff, but the customers were all very kind. Only problem is the temperature. It had to be well over 90 degrees in there. I had to go in the bathroom twice to throw cold water on my face, or I think I would've passed out.

Won’t give a star at all expectably but would like to share the experience to everyone.So seemed people didn’t bother that this Laundromart has not been providing the hot water for washed. First time came here to wash my king size bed cover and selected the hot water and didn’t happen. Spoke to the person on duty, she was so rude and uneducated!!! So whoever own this store is scammers.Please fix the system or nobody will coming here again!!!

Owners at this place do not care about anything but your money. It's 87 and it feels like 96! AC units need repair. Fix it!

This lady that works here is prejudice, she took my clothes out the washer to accommodate her friend and throws my belongings to the side. She did not wear gloves when she removed my clothes from the washer. There were plenty of other washers that was not occupied but she decided to move my clothes and throw them to the side I
spoke with the manager Karen who was no help at all. I will never come here again! The bathrooms are so dirty and the air is broken so the facility is really hot, do not come if u have asthma or breathing problems. Other African Americans customers also complained!
