Did not see a sign posted anywhere saying there is an almost $100 hold for gas. jsed my debit card and it got me for it when I only got $20 worth. The hold has put a big dent on my wallet until payday, tough for a family of 5. please let your customers know ahead of time. never going there again.

I was waited on MJ and he was helpful and so cordial. I dropped a drink and he didn't blink and told me that it was alright. He is an exceptional employee.

Jakeem Mike and Stacey are awesome! They have the cleanest gas station I’ve been to in years! The bathroom was so clean, I even sat on the toilet! Honestly, thank you for keeping such a nice stop! Bravo to Shell gas station in Bear DE! And they have a baby changing table with a hook on the wall!!!! Toiletries were stocked and place was so clean! 100 stars!

It is 3:15 pm on Friday April 8th. I stopped to get gas and drinks. I got my drinks and went to the front and the lady that was working was on here phone. I stood there waiting for a good 2 minutes before she said I'll be there in a minute. She also had music playing to the point that you could barely hear her. I told her I want 20 dollars on gas. She put 40. So I looked at her and said so the drinks where 24 dollars. She said you said 40 on gas. I said no. I said 20 on gas. Then it seemed like she had an attitude because she had to redo everything. Was very unhappy. Considering I come and get gas there all the time.

Yeah I guess this is a Shell now, and not sure if it's because it's Saturday or if it's just another ghetto area,but every other vehicle that pulled in was either rumbling or had shtty pop music blasting. Plus the clerk was more interested in talking to her friend than anything else.
