Jessica in the pharmacy was amazing and persistent in finding a supply of my prescription that was on back order ! Her customer service went above and beyond! It was a pleasure to have her on the other end of the phone !! Thank you again, Jessica, for following up,locating the meds, making the call, and transferring the script yo be filled( same day). You're a gem!

Pharmacy staff needs better manners on the phone and is reluctant to work with you to find a solution to a prescription that is not in stock

This pharmacy never answers the phone. You should not have to go to the store to get an update on medication. You can contact them on different days at different times..still no one answers.Very disappointed with the service since the closure of the Rite Aid at 1999 pulaski highway.

Worst Pharmacy ever, they do not pick up their phones. I tried multiple times a day early morning mid day and evenings nobody ever picks up. Guess what rite aid you are not the only pharmacy out their and I will take my business else since you clearly don’t care about your customers.

Service is really good and I found that they are very humble to their customers. Various products are also available off the counter. I love buying makeup and relaxing stuff from there.
