Most of the tellers are very friendly. I asked the branch the policies for ordering boxes of coins. Only stated they come in on Fridays and bring back wrapped. Brought in a thank you card and two dozen doughnuts in appreciation. Moved up to two boxes a week and suddenly they won't order any more... at all. If there was an issue, communitcation would have been nice. Stephanie (Supervising teller) accessed the vault weekly and was never very friendly. Very disappointed as it reflects on the entire bank.

Rude workers. They were behind the counter joking about myself and other customers, they were joking about making customers fill out deposit and withdraw slips themselves. It would be nice to visit an in person branch and have help with those things to ensure accuracy when dealing with money. It would be nice for them not to joke about customers as they rudely turned them away to fill out deposit and withdraw slips.

I’m not really giving the entire branch two stars more so a specific employee. Normally I go in and cash my checks here and have zero problems. This past time I had Sandy whispering she knew me from a dress shop where I work and then proceeded to yell for her to talk to me about a dress from 3 tellers down. She then led me on and lied to me saying we ordered her the wrong size and wrong color and about what really happened with her dress and had taken my personal time into the late hours that evening. She then came into my shop and harassed my manager after being repeatedly told no she couldn’t return a dress and thought she could corner me on my personal time. I kept my word to her saying I would see what I could do but couldn’t promise anything and that wasn’t a good enough answer for her so she came in tried to manipulate my manager. When in reality she just didn’t want her dress anymore. I hate to not use this branch anymore because all the other employees are professional and super nice including management. Sandy just has poor professional attitude. I would assume Pnc doesn’t normally hire tellers who harass people about personal issues. She was also more worried about her own personal issue than her counting checks. I work with larger amounts of money working in bridal so I know focus is key especially dealing with money and customers. Just unprofessional.

Great PNC branch. Everyone is friendly and helpful and I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes. Definitely my go-to branch.

This is the worst bank I’ve had to deal with not giving me the receipts not giving the right amount on the receipts now give me the right change bag giving too much too little I understand people make mistakes and they’re only human but it’s the fact that they are rude and belligerent while they are doing it and these mistakes are repeated I’ve been going to this bank for four years I’m still seeing the same mistakes and seem rude behavior. They could really be a good bank if they were just putting some effort into retraining I don’t believe the people are doing it intentionally but is the repeated mistakes that are wasting time and money and the rude attitude.

Im surprised for the rating of 2.8 for this PNC branch at the Fox Run Shopping Center. So far, Im extremely happy for the great service that Justin, Dave, and Michael has provided to me either in person or by phone. Not to forget Maurice who greets me with a smile and a hello when I walk in the branch.I have interacted with Manisha and Torrey in the Pike Creek branch and they have excellent customer service and people skills as well as the team in the Fox Run branch.I have been with PNC since 1991 and have no plans of moving my accounts to another bank. I have highly recommend PNC to family and friends.

I had been dealing with an problem with a damaged certified check with a different local branch who had been dragging me through the ringer to get the problem resolved for a week. I finally called the Fox Run branch to see if they could assist me. I spoke with Justin who knew exactly what I needed done. He squeezed me in for an appointment that day and I walked out in 15 minutes with the problem completely resolved. He was so helpful and kind throughout the process, from the phone call to the appointment.

My experience was horrible 2 months for a home equity loan then no return calls it just seemed like nobody really knew what was going on all the way down to the signatures needed for the loan. The only reason I went with pnc was my wife had an account there. I started out using quicken loans. Should have stayed with them. I totally understand why this branch is rated a 2.4 stars.

Fox Run is a horrible branch. Customer service is non-existent. Everybody in that branch needs to learn to think outside the box.

PNC is Delaware's most "eh" bank. There's nothing really bad about them, but still nothing good either. They just kind of exist without really pushing their existence in your face. I use this bank both personally and professionally. It's difficult to make people care -- in a positive manner -- about something so mundane as a bank, but it's almost like they don't even want to try. They don't really care for your business, but they don't belittle you for not being a millionaire. When you visit PNC you just kind of wish they gave you a reason to either like them or hate them, but they won't. It's a lot like the feeling you get when your ex would say "we need to talk", but in this case they never actually go on and talk. It's just a non-stop cliffhanger of boredom. In this sense, the experience of being a PNC customer is so neutral that it's frustrating.

Worst service !! worst staff !! even one star is too much for this branch come to other branches which are more courteous . Teller “ CoreyI “ flat out refuses to do service for what she is hired to do. Definitely not worth it.
