“I took my dog to their self wash area. Great experience! I highly recommend.The staff explained the area and gave me all the supplies I needed - bottles of shampoo and conditioner, ear cleaner and cotton balls, and four towels and even an apron for me. All I had to bring was a brush.The bath and wash area were very clean. There are two baths of different sizes to choose from. My 47lb dog was perfect in their large tub and was at a height that didn’t strain my back. The water temp was completely adjustable and had good flow.After bathing, there is a high volume dryer with a long flat nozzle hose using room temp air. (Think a vacuum blowing in reverse ?).Availability is first come, first served. I had no wait time in the middle of a weekday morning.All this for only $15 and well worth it! Will go back!”

“After losing my childhood dog I was certain I did not want another dog. I took my 5 and 12 year old girls into look at the puppies just look. Well I fell in love with one of the puppies and felt so strongly he was meant for our family. The women there were so kind and clearly love the animals and care for them as if they were their own. “The only thing I don't like about TSC is their app. I've been shopping there since 2018 but the app does not keep track of my points. And if the points expire, they just expire. No notice, no nothing. Other than that, I find the staff. They're very friendly and helpful. And they go out of their way to make sure I find what I'm looking for. And that's for the tractor supply in Elkton and Oxford PA.”

“Staff is super helpful. I brought my cats in as I could not figure out harness that animal emotional support sent me. They sent me small dog instead of small cat. The staff fit proper harnesses & leashes to both my cats. My cats have never been upstairs. I need to find out how to train them to walk on the leashes. But the harnesses are on so I am halfway there.”

“Always loved this place. Lived on Harrow. Still have a stray cat that caused a commotion outside the store doors, and when my husband and I decided to adopt him, the manager on duty came out with a bag of toys, treats, food and other supplies. Free of charge she said. This was over 10 years ago and I still think about it.”

The lack of 5 stars is only due to the price of the dogs . I don’t understand how an animal that isn’t a full breed so so costly.”
