I was very happy with the service my daughter and I received. We were a walk in and were seen right away. Staff is very friendly. My daughter got a full set and got more than she asked for and made her prom set perfect! We both got pedicures and they were amazing. The shop is very clean. I will deff be going back! Prices were very reasonable also

Half my nails were chipped 2 days after a very expensive dip .

I love Omni nails. Kenny does my nails and Judy does my sisters. Lovely place. Super clean and always pleases me ☺️ beautiful decorations and always so sweet and not pricey

Came to Omni Nails today and I was amazed at the renovations in there. It’s looks FABULOUS! I got a pedi, fill, and lashes done with EXCELLENT SERVICE. The staff was very pleasant from the time I entered the building to the time I exited the building. Great job! Judy I am so proud of you and your staff! Keep up the Awesome work!!!

Where do I begin... I went here a long time ago to get a pedicure and was cut on my ankle asked for band aid multiple times when I could have just left and yes it bled... It goes without saying that they be guessing and don't know what they are doing...Needless to say she didn't get what she all for... Yesterday my daughter went in for a refill ... The man end up taking the acrylic of causing her pain and proceed to put a whole new set on, they didn't have the color she requested at beginning of service so she had to settle for something else... In the end they looked horrible!! Long thick and wide... Charged$85... My daughter was upset to tears... I went into establishment to talk to whoever might be in charge who proceed to take me outside to"talk" (red flag) I said I wanted my money back and if anything I would pay for refill which she went in there for and just give me the difference but she refused and said she would fix it bc we have nothing better to do then spend a lifetime there getting poor service... I think not then she offered to"fix" it tomorrow (today) ... My thing is your arguing that there no reason to refund me but what would there be to"fix" then smh... I always try to give the benefit of a doubt but it was a huge mistake to intrust them with this task... No customer service because they don't care they charge outrageously because of it they have to make money somewhere and are pressed for it bc they can't keep clientele the cops have been called so often that they are familiar with them and it seems that even if you go and receive decent service it's only a matter of time before you experience their true colors... And I believe the ppl that have a good experience and return just don't know any better... I'm surprised they have stayed open this long... Been trash from day 1!!

Yes. I believe they pick and choose who they will provide good services to. I came before another customer. And that customer asked how long was the wait, and the lady who waited on me told him not long. He left while lady was waiting on me. When the customer returned she stopped and started giving him a manicure. I asked her why was she was waiting on him before me and she said that the other servicer who was doing a pedicure was going to do mines. I said to her U never told me this. Then a service who just got finished a manicure proceeded to do mines while the other servicer was starting to give a manicure to someone who just walked in. I then said I thought U said she was going to give me a pedicure? So its is who they want to serve because no one requested a Certain manicurist. We were all walk ins.I will not come back!

I got my eyelashes done & the next morning they were falling off in chunks!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!
