Beware, they rip me off (price looks good but you get shorted material). Back story. I requested a yard of pea gravel to be delivered. They were polite and delivered the material to me however it looked like a small load. because it looked short, I measured it using 5 gallon pails (40 - 5 gallon pails to a yard of material) as well as measured by the area it covered 8x10 (2 inches deep). It came to 20 pails (8x10 feet, 2 inches deep) or a 1/2 yard. I called and asked if someone made a mistake and only delivered 1/2 yard. I was told they delivered one scoop (I requested a yard) which they said is a yard. After much discussion they said they can't or wouldn't do anything to rectify the error. I choose to go to another business to finish the job and deliver more material. As a small business owner, I don't take this lightly as it can hurt this business however if someone made a mistake you have to correct the error. This is the first time I have ever posted, Beware.

I called them to deliver screened top soil. They delivered it that day and placed it where I requested but what I received was basically clay that I could not spread on my yard nor plant grass seed in. It was certainly not the quality of top soil I have received from other places. When I questioned them about it they asked for pictures of what I had received, which I sent to them. Their response was that it was what they sell as screened top soil and tried to claim that I let it get wet. They didn't seem to care what issues I had with it but then offered me a $20 credit towards a future purchase from them. If they truly thought it was screened top soil, why would they offer me a $20 credit? I'll stick with my usual supplier in the future.

They will waste your time!!! For over two weeks they kept leading me on telling me: 1. So and so will get back to me 2. They are on order. 3. Send us a picture so we can order it for you. 4. Call this rep so they can get details for you. 5. we can get those pavers next week. One person even gave me a pallet price, but after two weeks of this, they finally just flat out told me 'sorry we do not custom order'. Now my project is two weeks behind because they couldn't be honest from the start.
