Dude was awesome and he was very friendly helpful probably the BEST one whose ever helped me at this location!!!! I didnt catch your Name. BUT ...HE NEEDS A RAISE U ARENT PAYIN HIM ENOUGH...lol. Yeah I bought my cell phone at the 273 location of Metro by t mobile and they messed my phone up totally it didn't work and I went to see Oscar on route 40 in bear and he's phenomenal five star he deserves a raise he's a gentleman and he's like a glass of water in the desert and he made my day I was so disgusted but I'm going to stay with Metro now cuz Oscar fix my phone. literally bought a phone yesterday and the other store in 273 messed my phone up I came to Oscar on route 40 he fixed my phone he explained everything to me he's phenomenal

Check your reciepts I was overcharged and my reciepts did not have what I purchased. Im still fighting with metro to recover my $26UPDATE: When I called telephone Customer Service they told me it was $50 not the $26 unaccounted for asked me to go back to the store with them on the phone. Stephanie (which I dont believe is her real name) got upset when she heard corporate on the phone. She still refused to show me the reciept for my purchase and started yelling at me and calling me names, while corporate was on the phone. I do believe the workers in the store are racist and stealing customer's money. I would love to tell the owner how their store is being ran. I cannot believe MetroPCS is letting this store represent its company. 3 days later no refund for the missing money and no credit. They just stole $50 from me and noone is doing anything about it.

Check your receipts!!! For switching and activating 2 new accounts we were charged $20 extra (besides the activation fees). On my Metro PCS was displayed the normal charge (without the $20) paid in cash, although I paid in the store with CC.
