stood for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come to paint dept no one showed went to customer service they called someone to come via intercom waited another 15 minutes then walked out and went home after no one showed right past the 3 people standing in customer service doing nothing. dont usually have bad experiences here but this one really made me feel meaningless as a customer.

I was trying to return 72 2x6 boards and pick up 72 5/4x6 boards.at the customer service desk the clerk was acting like it was his first day on the job. He kept confusing what I was trying to return and purchase.The poor kid called for help multiple times no one came .When I asked for Help loading the boards the cashier was “unable” to help me and did not call anyone to assist me, am a injured veteran, I am disappointed in the fact no one was willing to assist me. All in all I am very disappointed in my entire experience and seeing how I spend thousands of dollars here a month, I might need to rethink who I use for my local hardware store

June 24, 2024 and July 1, 2024 approximately 10:15am. The morning paint employee is unprofessional and ignorant. I spoke to him on both occasions and both occasions just looked at me I assume waiting for me to tell him what color I needed my 5 gallon base to be. After he mixed the paint he made eye contact and walked off both times. Awkward as hell!!

Horrible customer service. Ordered wire online. Three hour late it stated it was ready. I show up to pick it up and they tell me they have to page the manager to get it cut. I asked why was I notified that it was ready. I'm paying a electrician a 100 a hour for a service call. And the lady got attitude when I asked why was I notified that it was ready for pick up if it wasn't ready. The lady started getting smart and just walked away. I won't be coming back here.

Customer Service motto at the Bear Delaware, Lowes. Customer service what’s that! Associates would rather spend time socializing than to actually help a customer. I watched it happen to not only me but another customer. People wonder why Amazon does so well and they are closing brick a mortar stores. Because people do not seem to want to do a job they are oblivious being paid to do. If their pay is not enough compensation for their services, I wonder how they will make out when it closes! Really ticked off!

Went to the paint section to get some deck stain mixed. Stood at the counter for 10 min and nobody was around. I went to the customer service desk to ask to have the paint person paged. The customer service representative advised the person was at dinner and I would have to come back in a hour. I actually laughed thinking she was joking but it was no joke. You have to be kidding me?! The customer service at that store has progressively gotten worse over the years but this is a new low. You just lost a frequent customer that easily spends $5000 a year between my properties.

Went there today to buy a gas powered water pressured machine. I got it and I am 72 years old and had a hard time loading it up into the back of my SUV. The employe never asked me if I needed help. I helped him putting it on the cart. No help for me getting it in the car. Bummer.
