I went here for the first because I was in the area and I bought a bottle of Tito’s once I made it home, the bottle completely broke at the bottom on me. It was a clean break which meant it was a defective bottle. I went back to the store for a replacement bottle or refund and the clerk told me it was nothing she could do and once I left that was it. The customer service was beyond horrible the clerk stated she’s a senior employee and the company will not give me a refund or a replacement and I should return in 2 days to speak with the manager.

Hemendrakumar is the man at the register he is also the owner he is a scammer/conartist my sister made a purchase the week of Christmas it was a gift for someone the bottle was $14.99 not a problem my sister purchased the bottle with her debt card the man at the register charged $1,499.00 to her debt card of course gave her no receipt no big deal its just a fifteen dollar bottle but she didn't notice the money was gone till the next day she went back to the store to talk to the man he didn't even deny it he told her he doesn't do refunds he knew just what he was doing I can only imagine how many people he has done this to it's completely disgusting and wrong it's fraud this man needs to be stopped

Secondary prices are crazy! $49 bottle msrp on the shelf for $1500, $65 msrp bottle for $400. Hate places like this!
