Very nice gym. Friendly, helpful staff, great equipment. Only complaint is often on Saturdays and Sundays, there's no wipes, paper towels, or toilet tissue. I come to the gym 6 days a week and the lack of necessities is annoying and unacceptable. Please, Fix It!

So for wonderful experience and customer service. The reason for picking the gym is it's close to home.
Membership prices and amenities are not competitive to other gyms in the location overall.
I would like to see a sauna added and maybe 7a opening on weekends.

STAY AWAY from that gym seriously.. this place is a total scam they will trick you into signing up for personal training contract for 1 year and cancellation is a nightmare ? so glad I don’t go to that gym anymore

They make it difficult to cancel. I have called numerous times to cancel and have gotten the runaround. Someone recently said that they are waiting to get a new manager due to the old manager getting let go. Someone else said they would make a note to cancel it, which wasn't done. Another Larson said a district manager wiukd call me to refund the last couple years of fees. A get a call from a new manager who only offered to refund w months. He finally canceled the membership. I'm unhappy that so much money has been wasted because they wouldn't cancel it as requested 2 years ago. Seems like a scam to me.

Don’t come to this gym if you’re looking for pool reliability. They operate on the whim of their lifeguards and close the pool unpredictably. I’ve taken to calling before I come every time to make sure one even showed up, which isn’t even good enough (said as I unexpectedly am waiting at 8:30PM for the pool to re-open from 9-10PM before closing for the night). Currently looking for another gym..

Run away. Seriously. They got me in a contract x personal training and I've been with 5 instructors... ALL QUIT and classes are cancelled...over and over they bill re ""regardless" whether they could give me a class or not. That is "theft" then i tried to end contract because they're incapable of meeting their end of the bargain. And they would not end it. I spoke with their mgmt... get temporary lip service. It is not customer fair at all... plus that derails any personal fitness goals. Advice... YMCA or elsewhere.
