I just relocated from Colorado and was very lucky to find this place close to my apartment. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and was notified about a faulty tire sensor. They had the part so had the issue resolved and John was very helpful with how and where to get my driver license and car tags switched over, as well as filing for disability. Thank you John! This place is my go-to mechanic!

Way too expensive. They need more communication with customers before they work on your car then surprise you with a huge bill that you were not expecting when I only wanted new battery and AC coolant. Labor very expensive. I don’t mind paying but would like a heads up and a phone call or text to discuss my options. Oh well, you live and learn.
Well, to defend my previous Review. I was not called or texted. I did not decline future repairs I did ask for an explanation and owner wasn’t there when I came in and I had to call them and here’s the kicker…I was charged $468 round about for battery charge and diagnostic which they.had already done prior on a different day and I have trout which matches the latest diagnostic and the labor was over 250.00 Now it takes all day for a battery but labor is not that long. I don’t want to argue and I’m not bad nothing anyone. Just be fair and honest that I didn’t receive any texts or calls because nothing but my call to you 2x and a documentation of my bill read out shows just that. I was upset about it then now I’m over but will go elsewhere. Too much anger in this world to dwell. Have a great day guys.

Integrity Auto Repair hasn’t let me down yet. Now, that I think about it. They have only charged me for work that my vehicle needs and not the work that I thought it needs. The pricing has been fair and upfront and the turnaround in getting it fixed has been great. I don’t have any complaints about them. It’s not too many places that you can go and get friendly service that’s fixes your problems correctly.

Always friendly, always prompt! They are great at communicating costs. As a woman, it’s great to know that I can trust them and their work! After bad experiences at the chain maintenance shops in DE, I know Integrity Auto will always do a great job at a reasonable price!

Had these guys work on all my cars (bmw, Toyota, Hyundai etc) for the past 3 and half years now and boy I can guarantee you that you will not regret taking your car there. I love their honesty and workmanship. Definitely a 10/10 recommendable. ALTHOUGH they can be quite a bit expensive (on labor or labour) depending on who you ask, you always have the assurance that you car will be fix within the same day if not next day

I started using Integrity when my dealer quoted me an outrageous price for a service. My grandson sent me there and I found a company that first and foremost is trustworthy; and provides good service. It means a lot when you can trust your auto repair shop.

I was traveling home to NJ from Maryland when I suddenly heard a loud rattling from the front of the car, just as I crossed into Delaware. I found Integrity Auto Repair on Google Maps and drove there. Despite that they seemed busy, they got me right in. A mechanic test drove my car, pulled it into the shop and, through meticulous work, found the problem. They had me on my way home in no time, and for a very fair price for their work. I am extremely grateful for Integrity Auto Repair -- good and honest people, quality work and a fair price. I highly recommend them.Service: Steering & suspension repair
