We prefer to pay by check as we have done for over 50 years. We want a Bill that says it is a Bill and an address to mail it to.Mr. Mwangi was most helpful in explaining that the billing procedure was a Allstate Corporation policy and not control by his office and that he would forward my concerns to the Corporate Office.He assured me that he would always be available to discuss any concerns I may have and to answer any questions. He seemed genuinely sincere in wanting to help and in any way he could.”
