Took an ATV rim to them for repair. I made it clear it was imperative that the tire be taken off & not hurt. I get a call to come pick it up. They ruined an irreplaceable tire. Refused to refund the total amount. I paid $100. She told me she would refund the entire thing if she could re bend the rim.
Absolutely a ridiculous way to do business, was apologetic but $40 isn't making anything eight. I could understand if I didnt warn her prior about the tire needing to be saved

Do yourself a favor and stay away. Work quality is terrible, their welds do not hold air, and they just do terrible business overall. They are cash only and expect to be paid in full before they start any work. If you need good reliable wheel or tire care, go see Less at Sport Car Tire in wilmington… it’s worth the extra 15 minute drive, and you’ll be much happier.

I paid them $24o to seal a used tire that i purchased from them. She said the tire was as good as new & the leak would be gone. 4 days later the same tire was completely flat.

They do a good job, work quickly and the pricing is fair! Visited many tire shops who could not repair or replace my rim due to irregular size. They did it in 15mins! Will definitely be going back for tires and repairs!

Very hostile and unprofessional. Extremely ridiculous prices. Drug addicts for workers. Would rather ride on four flat tires before going there again. Would not recommend under ANY circumstance.

Wendy is just trying to loot people.
They could even take out the tyre off my car saying the bolts are too tight, but looted 50 dollars from me saying she broke her tools doing that. She was shouting and about to fight me to pay that. She tried to loot 150 dollars from me but I could escape by paying 50.
I would not recommend this place because they are not professional and they are trying to loot peoples money.

Awesome and quick service. I needed two bent rims repaired and was out the door in less than 35 mins. She will also give you options on how to fix the bent rim that fits your budget. I will be retuning again if I ever have anymore rim issues.
