First, let me say what an impressive store this is. The selection and organization is just incredible. More importantly, the care for customer service is second to none. I came in with a return that was a little more difficult than expected- which was completely my fault- and Rich was extremely kind and helpful. He helped me process my exchange, and walked me through another purchase, making recommendations and even offering to show me how to use some of the equipment, as I’m also just getting into the new hobby. I can’t recommend this place enough. I will continue to drive over from New Jersey to buy from this store because I was that impressed by Rich and his shop.

This store is by far one of the best hobby stores I have been in. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. The selection is amazing and I was so happy that they asked me for ID before charging my card. They take security very seriously. None of my cards are signed (for my protection It says see ID) so I pay close attention to who asks for ID. Not many places check my ID. This in itself makes me feel safe.

Drove 6 hours to get me some of those mystery transformers boxes definitely worth every second of the drive very helpful people I’d recommend looking for a man named Richie in the back room he knows his stuff 10/10 would go again.

Worst experience of my life, walked in and was question why i traveled so far to go to the store. then was followed by a weird employee acting like a shopper being creepy. Then at check out my card was ripped from my hand and questioned about the info on it like wth, they held my card hostage until the receipt was singed like give me a break. I feel like I was treated like a thief the second i walked in, I can say I will not be traveling that hour ever again. you want an awkward experience you definitely get it at this store. It was Bear location for one, this is crazy how you talk to customers. Im not a hater i have never posted a review before this! I was offended by your "employees" actions and your response as a "Owner" is disgusting! Your response to every bad review it shows you cant take any ownership you blame the customers for your failures as the "Owner." The fact someone feels uncomfortable shouldn't be in your words a "hater". it should be addressed, if you want a better response maybe try this Next time. ( Im sorry you felt that way in our store, i apologize for a bad experience. We will work on treating people with respect, and hope you will give this location a second look.) all you do is attack peoples reviews its very childish and unbecoming.

Great little hobby shop. They have the same sells as the manufacturer. I got a great deal on two models. Parts seem to be in stock most time.
I did have a dispute once when buying a set of tires. I wanted a refund after going to my car. The no refund policy is strict, so make sure you buying the right thing. The reason for returning was one of the tires was already ripping by the time i left the store to my car. Seems like the traxxas tire was expired, dried out or something.

I waited patiently in line to be helped. There were 2 men working. They allowed two other people to cut in line and ignored me. No greeting/acknowledgement or nothing. Poor customer service experience for sure.
