Don’t go here! It’s such a waste of time. I came in earlier this month to get my hair curled for a wedding, I regret it entirely. The ONLY reason I went here was because my go to salon was too busy that day. This was my first time at Hair Cuttery and definitely my last!First off, I was 10 minutes early for my appointment, and the stylist said I was “very” early, yet I didn’t even get to a chair until 30+ minutes late putting me behind schedule. They took others before myself even though I was on time.Then, the stylist tried to charge me extra for services I didn’t want. I just wanted a style, nothing fancy or cut at all. They wanted to add on hair treatments I didn’t ask for. They changed it to an “up do” when it really wasn’t one (just a simple style) AND charged me and extra $16 because I have long hair. That’s ridiculous. They charged me nearly $100 and I wasn’t even happy with how it turned out. My go to salon would have charged half that and done a better job.The entire time, she made me slouch in my chair hurting my back and neck the whole time because she claimed she was “a little short.” She also walked away from me multiple times to discuss her holiday schedule (I overheard.) She also put so much hair spray in it, it stuck to my skin and felt physically heavy. I even said “Okay, I think that’s enough.” and she didn’t stop even then. It felt heavy and very sticky.I so want my money back, but I know I’ll never see it. This doesn’t even look like a professional job, I could do better myself. I went to the wedding not confident in how I looked.Don’t get disappointed like I did. Go somewhere else.

I have a long hair. Came for shampoo and blow dry. Usually it'll take an hour to work on my hair. The stylist finished everything in 30 minutes and my hair is no where close to being smooth. I could have done it by myself at home instead of wasting $50. Worst service.

went in, sat for an hour and she said “we are very early” when we were maybe 30 minutes early. now we are 30 mins later and then i ask for my hair straightened and she goes on and says she doesn’t have time and my hair is “too curly” .

Going here for years but the past years have ravaged their staff pool. It is sad to see the changes in hair salons. This is a good location though.

For a person like me that has not been to a salon in years and just wanted a simple cut for my ends and a wash using the website is meaningless to me if I'm not familiar with the terms aof wording that is used. I called this location and was bluntly told we don't do pricing on the phone. Okay, cool. Can you at least explain what a signature cut is? No? Hangs up on me. I ended up calling another location and got my answer to SIMOLE QUESTION. What attitudes like that, I will never ever step foot at this location. They can kick rocks, I'll go to another location and stay away from this one like plague .

I came here for the first time today and was serviced by Lien. I do not understand why there are so many awful, rude comments about her on the reviews. Lien was wonderful. She was very polite and cut my hair even though I did not have an appointment. I wanted to try out a new look and was not sure what I wanted. She helped me figure it out and did an amazing job with the cut. She also recommended product that went well with my hair and showed me how to style it. I will definitely be coming back when I need another cut.
