The technician was on time -he went right to work to do seasonal upkeep on the air conditioner he was very diligent and honest regarding a possible freon leak he suggested since it was end of summer to wait and check it again next spring i like the fact that he didnt pressure me. I will use this company again.

D&T is your top notch, customer focused, all inclusive Heating and Cooling Installer and Repair Company. My current AC unit was 30 years old. I contacted Doug the owner and he immediately answered some questions. He referred me to Stacy from the office who scheduled an appointment with Mark. I was convinced that I needed to make a move however was hesitant after receiving a quote from a competitive company. In comes Mark. This made a huge difference. Mark's experience is obviously exceptional as he really did not take the sales approach. He explained everything from how the install would proceed into the performance of the new 15.2 Seer Heat Pump. I dabbled in HVAC years ago however, by the time Mark left, I definitely learned a lot. D&T was able to beat the price of the competitive quote and I scheduled the install. I received several calls from Stacy not only to schedule the install, but to confirm the crews arrival time and to make sure everything was a go. Fast forward to install day....... We had Jose pacing outside at the bottom of our driveway and literally appeared like he could not wait to get to work. Not long after, Ryan pulled in and the magic started. Before I knew what happened, Ryan and Jose had my external and internal units removed, placed in the truck, and were executing the modifications needed to improve my current situation to adapt to the new equipment. My nosey 83 year old dad was full of questions for the both of them as he was here that day, and both gentlemen impressed him with their kind personalities and experience. In the blink of an eye, Jose was performing a pressure test to ensure that their were no leaks and Ryan was giving me the run down of my new unit and thermostat. Aside from a great install by D&T Heating and Cooling, the new Goodman unit continues to impress my wife and I as it's very powerful and has proven to be as efficient as it is rated..... In just the first month compared to last year in this hot time we saved a little more that $50 off our electric bill. I can't wait for the tax break that we qualify for due to the upgrade. If anyone is in the market for anything new in the HVAC world, I 100% recommend D&T. I have used them as a repair outfit for the previous unit. They show up on time and fix the issue. My wife and I are very satisfied.

Fantastic family run, local business! They changed our complete HVAC system and converted to gas, they removed our oil tank. They are friendly, showed up on time and did great work at a super competitive price .. we couldn't be happier.

A great experience. The guys who came out to work on the property were respectful and knowledgeable while also doing clean and quality work. If I have any ac jobs in the future I know who I will be contacting first.

D&T were able to diagnose the problem with our AC, get the necessary equipment and install it in less than 3 days! And our unit was om sale! The technicians were all polite and professional and the office support was the same. Everything about this AC replacement job was excellent and we would highly recommend D&T to any of our friends.

Came home from vacation and air conditioner had water all over basement, Not knowing who to call my Daughter recomended D & T Heat and Ac.She had used them when one of the large companies tried to take advantage of her. They treated her with respect and dignity and repaired for a fraction of the big company price.
Called and they had a technician at my house in 1.5 hrs and promply diagnosed the problem, repaired in 10 minutes and were done. Price was more than reasonable.I will continue to use for all my heat and ac needs. Very trustworthy and capable company.

I have an old, complicated boiler system that scares most HVAC technicians away. When it stopped working, Pat from D&T did some amazing troubleshooting, found an electrical problem, and fixed it right away. He also did not charge me anything more than the small standard diagnostic fee. It is very rare to find people like Pat in this business, and I hope he's still around for all my future heating maintenance and repair needs!

D&T is a family owned business that has great service and support. They installed my new A/C system and have been servicing my heating system for 10 years now. Super great people, very professional!!!
