Literally only use this pharmacy cuz my insurance + location. Other than that the techs are actually very uninformed and have told me information that contradicts my own drs word, and when I have questions they respond “I don’t know”😭😭 like cmon yall

This was a real in-and-out experience. By that I meant the pharmacy tech known as Joe promptly delivered my prescription with an excellent personality. Somebody please give this guy a raise.

Pharmacy will make you call your insurance instead of them calling to figure out how to run a claim. I ended up handing my personal phone to the pharmacy tech to teach her how to process insurance. Machines went down and took my $20 worth of rewards. I needed an PA and they claimed my doctor was informed but I had to facilitate that as well since they never told my doctor anything. Just unprofessional and ghetto. Everything is locked up. This is how they treat paying customers

Online order placed at 6pm (store open till 10) for over the counter cold items. Website said pickup within an hour and don't head to the store until another email was received saying it was ready. Didn't get notification until the next day around 9:00am. I could have driven there picked the items up, and used them. Upon pickup, store front was closed down directing everyone to self checkout, no one to prove online order and unable to use pharmacy pickup. Poor management and dirty cluttered store.

I would never do business with this CVS again. The Pharmacist will enter the wrong information in the system then tells you that you have no insurance coverage and wants you to pay for the full prescription out of pocket... Also the female Pharmacist is very disrespectful when she speak to you... Also you have to call about 15 times before anyone picks up the phone as it always go to voicemail and no ones returns your call after you leave messages, so you have to keep calling until you get someone.

Tonight I was making my purchase at self checkout a few minutes before closing. I understand locking the door so others do not enter. Tonight a male Indian associate I assume was the manager decides to lock the door as my receipt is printing and proceeds to walk away right by me as I'm trying to leave the store! Another black female associate had to come and let me out of the store while he just stood there. This was incredibly unprofessional of the male Indian associate. If he is a manager he should be demoted for such unprofessional rudeness. Absolutely ridiculous!

i hate that every time you call this store you get a robot. can we go back to real people answering the phone? i have a short question but i can't actually figure it out because i can't connect to a representative. please cvs corporate get rid of the automated phone responses

Store is clean, good lighting and I can find most things that I need. The pharmacy makes sure Rx are filled on time and pharmacy technicians are courteous and friendly.

This place is a health hazard
Went to pick up my rx today
And it’s was filthy
Standing in line there was open food wrappers half eaten and placed on the discount shelf
Floor was filthy as well

The WORST pharmacy in existence. Staff is rude , unprofessional, never answer the phone. Only reason I use them is because of the hours.

Never have I ever experienced such warm and personable care from a pharmacist… that is until I encountered Josh at CVS in Bear, DE. He was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He gave thorough information about the OTC meds that I could try. I was with my mother, who was impressed by his attentiveness and care…We left the pharmacy counter and he came to the aisle to relay additional information. Stellar customer service is what all businesses need to aim for (especially during this day and age)… Josh is definitely one of CVS’s greatest assets…
