Purchased a door gate, and a bag of small dog food. Got home and discovered dog food was expired by 8 days, also the gate was the wrong size for my doorway (my fault for not measuring) go back, to the store, the next day to return it. An employee leaving work, heading to his car, says, “we’re not doing returns today because of the sale” didn’t make much sense, he said something about they can’t turn the sale off, and we would lose 20%, (even though they could just do a manager override,) but we packed up and went home. Next day we go back the same employee is behind the counter this time, and says “I’ve been dreading this moment since yesterday.” He then says the gates are non refundable, I said, “ok why didn’t you tell us that yesterday when you told us you weren’t taking returns that day? He never answered that question, and the manager was not in the store that day apparently. Long story short won’t be back again….. the expired dog food was refunded though with no issues though.

The manager at this location is top notch when it comes to customer service. I appreciate him special ordering a food that my cats will only eat so I don't run out. He said he would order me a bunch of bags of it and hold it for me in the back and he did. Great customer service. Thank you!

Store is always clean and fresh and they have what I need. Marlon and Vincent were very personable and knowledgeable in helping me select the best products. Love the for frequent buyer program. I will continue to shop here for my pet care needs

They rarely have the 90 OZ red bag of Timothy hay. I end up having to go to pet kare down the street every time. Just wish they’d ship and supply it more.

The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. They are always ready and willing to assist me in finding items in the store. There is such a wide variety of products organized efficiently and of high quality. My dog is very eager to visit the store and is greeted with enthusiasm by the staff.

The staff at Fox Run are the best. Very customer oriented and knowledgeable. Thank you for your assistance. Unfortunately, my latest visit was unsatisfactory. I wanted to return food that my cat didnt like and since a sale was going on no returns. I did not want to get a better price my cat would not eat the food. Also, the sale I bought the original food was a better price than this sale. Was told I need to make an extra trip tomorrow. Did spend 52 dollars today, returniwould have been less than 20.

I signed up for the frequent buyer deal. Buy 10 bags of very expensive cat food and get one free. Turns out you have to buy the same flavor! I had eight bags of one flavor and three bags of another. What a rip off. Their prices are ridiculous and I recommend staying away from there totally. Chewy has much better prices and if you buy $50 worth, shipping is free.
