You won't find better customer service than from manager Dominque Downs! Today was the second time I've worked with her on issues involving long distance working with my daughters and their accounts and she is courteous, helpful and respectful. A delight to work with.

This is a great place to do your banking. Friendly people and atmosphere. They remember my name and always let you know that they will be right with you. The wait is never long, Unlike most banks.

Not a good experience with this branch. Called ahead of time to ask if I can provide the requested documents after applying for an account online. I was told to come on over. I hurried from work to get there on time. I got there before 6:15 pm- that is 45 minutes before closing time. I was then told after I got there that 45 minutes is not enough time to open an account and to come another day. Maybe your representative should have told me it takes at least almost an hour to open a checking account? By the way, I had done all the application online. How hard is it to accept simple documents? Rubbish....never again.

Had a terrible experience today, the tellers are extremely rude, I will be closing my account with them, I highly recommened not to go with citizen bank
