Locked my card and and account and wouldn't help me unless I came to the closet branch, so when I went to closest branch they told me they couldn't help me and had to come back at 2:30pm when it was only 11am ....it's crazy they can just lock you out of your account and than tell u the time u need to be at the bank to discuss the issue

Came into this branch on Wednesday and received prompt and courteous service. I had a complicated matter and Anabel handled it in a very professional manner. She is very friendly and made the experience pleasant.She is a true example of good customer service.

One of the cashier was super disrespectful when called me to the window, I've been a costumer of Bank of América for over 12 years and this is the first time I see someone that disrespectful at a Bank location, they should not allow people to be that disrespectful while serving a costumer and no matter what kind of costumer.

Had a 9am opointment today. Went in at 8:55am Lobby was full of people no one opened the location guy went in didnt say anything then snucked out the back door and left. The reason I know he left is because when we all left no cars were left in the parking lot. If snow was the reason at least call your scheduled customers. Very disappointed.

Have been in twice over the past few weeks (Nov 2023) and have had wonderful service from the bank staff both times. When we had an appointment we were seen promptly and our banking needs met. Help was also given in ensuring I understood the online systems and how to complete my business. Very friendly staff each time.

I can't wait to not have to come to this bank anymore. Every single time i come here there is something. Line is to the door, last time the door was broken and didnt work. The people inside just looking at you, not helping to open the broken door. Today we had an appointment at 10 a.m., upon arriving a needed to make a cash deposit, atm would not accept deposits, line out the door once again. Luckily the woman we had an appointment with helped us without too much waiting, and i was able to make my deposit. I shouldn't have to cross my fingers and hope my experience won't be lousy every single time i come here. Its seriously getting ridiculous. Next year I think im going to finally remove my money from this bank and give up. I have accounts at PNC and never have any issues.

This was the only location I could get a Saturday appointment for notarization to accommodate my spouse and child’s schedule. Drove 30 minutes only to be turned away because they weren’t allowed to notarize power of attorney and real estate documents. Despite the fact my local branch had notarized the same documents the day before for me and my other child. When I tried to explain, Ana just repeated the “policy” two more times with no further explanation and directed us to the post office which was of course closed. Went back home to our local UPS store and got our documents notarized with no problem. Checking the bank website, I could find no restriction or such policy. We have always had excellent support from our local branch and expected the same at any Bank of America branch. Ironically my spouse had joked about the low ratings for this location on our way there and now we know why. Don’t waste your time like we did.
