Awful experience. Very unprofessional. Never had the same therapist twice despite having booked sessions well in advance. Third session asked a simple question: how to stretch scapular and sub-scapular muscles as they were tight and I didn’t want to injure them while strengthening. Got a ton of attitude and no answer - thought it was a simple request!! Cancelled sessions.

The Crew At ATI(Bear East) Are So Cool & Professional. Ian Is Pushy & Straightforward On Those Exercises That I Dont Like Doing.Only 2 Weeks In & I See The Results. Lot Less Pain & Minimal Swelling Of My Knee.
