The pharmacy staff is genuinely helpful, kind and caring. They take the time to listen and assist you in getting the best price for your prescription. I have insurance but sometimes non insurance companies offer a better price.I travel about 8 miles to shop at the Savon pharmacy. I have a local well know pharmacy within 1/2 mile, but refuse to go there due to their poor customer service.Thank you Savon pharmacy staff for the best customer service.

I used Acme Markets Pharmacy in Philadelphia., was always thrilled with their service. So when we moved here a few Months ago I was glad to find an Acme nearby. I am just as thrilled as before. This pharmacy is the best.

This store is hell on earth , the staff treat their employees like crap they don't train their employees! They seem to never be in a good mood they refuse to help you bag. They also have a HUGE mouse problem

Teach your checkers how to bag groceries! Saves time and money for your customers. Give your staff a sense of pride by teaching them the trade. Maybe your staff will not turn over as much.

Nobody was in meat dept today at 10 am. Even after being paged that we needed help. The steaks that were out were all cut too thin. Guess I'm doing burgers on the grill tonight

Very hard to get to talk to a real person over the.phone. I have my perscriptions mailed every month so I have to tell someone. It would make more sense to just mail it unless the perscription changes.I hate taking them away from their duties every month An auto answering.where.you can leave a message would be nice. Not web or portal because.some people do not have that

Absolutely do not go here for anything in the bakery!!!! This cake was ordered on Wednesday for a Saturday pickup! The cake on the right is what Acme attempted to give us! It’s upside down, the colors are nothing we asked for, the writing is atrocious, and the piping around the bottom is beyond mismatched!!!! The lady that handed the cake to us, barely even opened the box, but said “she didn’t make it”. We opened it completely before paying and saw that mess! We insisted it be remade immediately as the party was 2 hours later!!!! Thankfully an older gentleman was there and gave us the cake on the left!!!! That cake was EXACTLY what we asked for. If you choose to get a cake custom made here by Bear DE Acme, be warned! You may get garbage or a nicely made one. A Mom made the comment about seeing a Pinterest worthy cake vs what you get… so I made it into a meme!!!!!

Please do not use the drive up and go service!!@!@ You will be double charged....For example when you place your order online if you spend $350 the store will preauthorize your card for $350....When they shop for your order they will then charge you the amount for the order at pickup...If they made a substitution and your order is now $357...instead of charging you the $7.00 they again charge the full amount....resulting in $707 hold on your account that can result in overdrawing your account...unless you planned on paying double for your groceries. Then if you attempt to resolve your issue for being double charged and you go to customer service you will be told they can't help you....the service Acme uses for instore shopping is called fresh pass. I was given a customer service number when I called the number I was told the original authorization would drop off in 3-5 business days....ridiculous. HORRIBLE

I have been a patient who uses Savon for over a decade. Trust me when I say, you’ll find no one better. They go the extra mile every single time. They get to know you as a person versus other places that treat you like a phone number!They’re phenomenal people from the top & straight through the rank & file.
