Great locations to play at around DC area. The level of competition is always high specially for soccer leagues.Referees know the game very well and are able to think quickly on their feet. The company also treats their employees nicely and offers flexibility to their schedules.

My experience with Zog sports have been great. My colleagues, supervisors and admin has been very supportive in my trainings, core values and continuing development in the work place while also transitioning from NY to DMV area.

Playing and being a ref for Zog has been such an incredible experience. Not knowing anyone before I moved to DC, I signed up to play and have made life long friends. Zog is the best adult sports league in DC!

I have worked and competed in the Zog DC leagues and I love it. The competition is competitive and the staff provides a great atmosphere for everyone.

ZogSports is horrible. I have played volleyball with Volo and Fray with zero issues. ZogSports scheduled an indoor volleyball league for Old Banneker HS and failed repeatedly to coordinate with the school and security to ensure games could happen. At least 5 games were cancelled, some were rescheduled, some not. Playoffs were not held for any teams. Sometimes ZogSports notified us 24 hours before a game was cancelled, sometimes 45 minutes prior, and at least once THE NEXT DAY. My team wasted so much time showing up to find the gym locked. Several times the ref was kind enough to stick around to let us know it was cancelled. ZogSports often left the ref in the dark too. I hope he was paid for all the games he showed up to as well. ZogSports was evasive, made excuses, and ultimately only reimbursed for 2 games which is pathetic. I am not sure if ZogSports is a real business or a scam. But I am sure I will never give ZogSports another penny and I will continue to give it horrible reviews and discourage anyone from ever playing in any league supposedly run by ZogSports.

One of the worst run organizations in DC. The refs are low quality and they are incompetent in securing city permits. Spend your money elsewhere. District Sports, Volo, and Fray are far superior.

Avoid at all costs. Mismanaged, terrible refs, bad fields. Much better options in DC.

Wish I could rate this half a star. So unprofessional, unorganized, and overpriced. Security at old Banneker high either doesn’t show up or won’t get up to get the door for players to get to the gym. Very poor communication by Zog staff, no notices until day after apologizing for their lack of communication or not having the gym available. Don’t waste your time or money.

There will always be an issue with Zogsports. Referees don't show up, or they don't have the permits for using the facilities or some other problem. Avoid them, there are plenty of other better organizations in the DC area.

I've been playing in the Columbia Heights Competitive indoor volleyball league for a few years now. It's a great mid-level competitive league, plenty of Bb/A players but the competition is mixed enough that lower level players are welcome as well. The gym is a great size for volleyball.

This is our third week and we have already had 2 games canceled and no offers to make up the games. The one game we had was competitive but in general I would not sign up again to play in this league.

Don't be fooled by the companies average review score. This organization is one of the worst ive ever encountered. Communication is non-existent between Zog Sports and St Francis School without walls. They have one guy who opens up the doors and he's frequently late or no shows leading to shortened or cancelled games. No t shirts provided even though they were included in the price. Beginners and intermediate leagues were merged together leading to unfairness across the board. No vetting of the players. I play in a beginners league and there is an entire team of former D1 athletes. Horrible organization. Look at the newer reviews for an idea of how it is now.Update: the final game of the season they told us to come in at 8pm for the playoffs. They removed our game from the schedule without telling us and we were no longer on the books for that night. We all left without playing.

Between two different sports leagues, I had games canceled at the last minute, games where I arrived and the gym was closed, and the schedule changed and we were not notified. Referees in one league were not very professional.
