The morning staff at this location are hands down the best in terms of how helpful they are and truly genuinely kind, which is especially appreciated at a time where it is not necessarily the norm. Best part of my morning routine!

Useful when you need specific items that you can’t get at the nearby Trader Joe’s or Safeway, like black lentils. But too expensive to do a full grocery run here. Half priced sushi after 8PM is a great deal though.

Just had a very bad experience with a spanish man there at the cash register. He treated me very bad and was mad I had only a dollar to pay for a 5 cent bag. Sick guy never shopping there again I felt so disrespected. The women there are always so nice but he was so rude I will never shop there again.

There are some things like Tom's toothpaste without fluoride that I can't get anywhere else except of course on the internet except it. Yes I also like their bulk food area where I buy most of the stuff for my granola

Upon walking in, the manager Carlos, touched my back and slid down to my butt. I still purchased something and then I called the police. The employees were laughing and thought it was funny. The cashier attempted to say I stole. The other employee was laughing because I was visually and hearing impaired. The manager scared me so bad I asked to be banned from this location. I love Yes! Organic but the Cleveland Park location never treated me like this. As I always say, its not hte company its the people. My hope is that Gary Gary Cha investigates the entire team at this location.

Good spot with a combination of true organic stuff along with the gallon of milk that you need from time to time. Nice folks and I'm glad that they are part of the neighborhood. I don't prioritize buying organic but really like their location, layout, staff, and fresh / prepared foods. Some family member or another is probably there once a week. Keep up the good work!!

They have several time items in the store that they say the price tag was incorrect! I wanted to purchase a item that had several of the same items beside a price tag that said $10.99 with the description of the item however, when I got to the counter, the item was way more than the price Tag stated! The cashiers were not very helpful at all, and were rude as I tried to explain to them that’s false advertisement! Also, racially profiled! I explained that’s false advertisement, the Cashier stated “we don’t do that here, they may do that where you’re from but not here”! However I live right down the street! They didn’t care to listen! I will not shop here ever again because I Was disrespected blamed and racially profiled!

For vegans and plant-based eaters, this place is such a gem! After struggling to find certain things at Trader Joe's for months (seitan, good soy milk, etc.), I popped in here one day and was so happy I did. Great selection!

I enjoy this store, staff and really want to love it, but I shop here cautiously because a lot of their items are old, past expiration, stale (pantry items), and the grains are not fresh. Just returned dill pickles that were rotting even though the expiration date stated a buy by June date. Please shop here carefully. I've had too many of these experiences not to caution because it's a health risk.
