The staff was very friendly. Easy steps to print whatever you need and the prices are good. I walked past it a couple of times it's easy to miss.

RACIST.....The white owner is straight up racist, he deny me service but then turn around and gave the white woman behind me the same thing I ask for, If you black Iam just giving you the heads up and don't be fool by the fact that they keep one black girl at the register to throw you off, the White guy is really calling the shots, and those so call good reviews all family and friends proceed at your own risk, I will never support them or encourage any one I know to go there... it's 2022 you'll think we would be pass this....SMH

I needed a notarized form to mail off to my school. Wilson-Epes was fast and efficient. I was in and out in less than 10 mins and able to mail it the morning after I asked them on yelp about this service the night before.

Friday January 15th I Went in at exactly 3:55 pm the African American Young Lady , Had an attitude as soon as I walked in asked me what did I need ? , I called before I came to make sure they could do what I asked , I spoke to a guy over the phone who confirmed it can be done .I asked the young lady if she could print the word document in my email as a poster bigger than 8x11 letter size . She told me that she couldn’t do it . I replied why ? Then she said why did I wait an hour before the store closes to try and order a poster ? I replied I called before I came and the guy said it could be done just come on and let the lady know what size I needed . Then the guy proceeds out the back came and said that I need to have the document sent to them as an email already in a poster size to be printed for them ! I know nothing about poster or paper sizes ! I then pointed to a picture on the wall and asked him could I get that size he said , no he doesn’t know what size the poster was ! As a printing expert, he could not help me get my document enlarged ! So he continued to fuss with me! And then said I’m just not about to print it out we do that on our big machine ! I said, ok so either you don’t know how to do it or you don’t want to do it ? I came to the store to get a picture enlarged he told me send it to their email I did and then because they were about to close in a hour he refuse to do it. Then he came around the table got in my face and called me a “Chicken Head “ , because I stated if I were to go to staples they would be able to tell me the different sizes bigger than a 8x11 to enlarge my document !I was disrespected as a woman , no man should step in my face and insult me by calling me out of my name , simply for trying to get an understanding of printing a document ! The guy and the woman was rude to me because they was ready to close up shop and didn’t want to do the work .This was very unprofessional! They than refuse to print the rest of my documents and told me I needed to leave before they called the police !None of the employees had on a mask ? which is not in the States Guidelines !I will never go back there !

I use them as my neighborhood printers. Nice facility friendly staff no problems whatsoever. One nice thing they do for the neighborhood is allow for free printing of one sheet via email. If I ever have a large job for my company I will go to them. If they're good enough for the Supreme Court to get enough for me.

Wonderful service and very helpful team that goes above and beyond. Yesterday I went in to notarize a document and saw one staff member run after a woman for two blocks just to return her flash drive that she left in the store. Today, I saw another team member providing high quality resume paper to a customer at no additional charge.
