I recently visited this branch to fulfill a notarization and they were beyond accommodating. They provided me the service with a warm greeting, full attention, and efficient execution! I’ll surely return to this particular branch for any future banking needs.

I visit this branch every week or two and the staff are always friendly, professional and courteous. I have accessed the ATMs by sliding my ATM card in the door, so not sure where that complaint comes from.

Walked in today to get a temporary card while waiting for my new card in the mail. Kathy, sitting at the desk, asked for my driver's license to pull up my profile. I didn't bring it and was told that info from my license was not there which according to her meant that my license had expired. First of all, in DC Your license usually expires on your birthday, which for me is 2 1/2 months away. She insisted that my license had expired and I just didn't know it. Left the bank frustrated that inaccurate info had been given to me. Returned to my office, checked my license, expiration date showed 2020. This is small stuff but I have to wonder whether or not my other info is accurate as well. I've banked here for 20 years at least and have not run into problems. Please do a better job of training WF.

Every time I go in I am greeted and called by name. I am helped with my account and they make sure that I have everything that I need. Also, I see the staff interact with other customers the same way. As far as the ATM, it is 24 hours it locks after hours fir our protection but all you have to do is swipe your Wells Fargo card and the door opens.

I went to this location to open my account on 2/1/2018 and The manger Nadia Thompson told me to wait which I did and she did an excellent job to help me open my account and it was worth the wait to do it !

All below is truly stated though since 2018 I notice they're now helping the account holder. --- Before 2018: From the street side of the door I've heard a Black Girl yelling inside the bank after hours! This bank has always struggled to find staff who know how perform any services like Wells Fargo Branches in the United States have continually.

The Wells Fargo site says that this location has 24 hour ATMs. Their ATMs are behind locked doors, and the bank closes at 5. No weekend hours. So yeah. This location is a waste of space.

The teller is horrible made me wait a very long time because of she could not pull up the account of the my company where I work at and could not open the account to get the phone number to confirm the check...put me to the side over 40 minutes I am still here writting this review while I am in the branch. The teller name is Rosa Green, then she said the manager Nadia Thompson will help me but still taking too long and I am very frustrated.i just got a 100 $ TICKET BECAUSE THEY HELLED ME IN THE BRANCH FOR A REALLY LONG TIME. THE SIGN OUT HERE SAYS PARK UNTIL 4 I WAS IN There at 3:20 pm and there was no line at the branch so there was no wait but the teller and the manager wasted my time and because of that I got a ticket. Need this to be solved asap or I will contact my lawyer.

Way understaffed. I just wanted to deposit and IRA check and with no other customers waiting, they said it would be a half an hour before someone would be able to help me. Probably time to change banks says this isn't the first time this is happened at a Wells Fargo

Frances Mcintrya is the worst lead I have ever seen in Wells Fargo bank, her attitude is worst and I will never come back to this location.
