I had my bag stolen with my wallet and my phone. When I called Wells Fargo they said I could go to any branch to order a new card and to confirm my claims made for the stolen card, but they couldn't do this on the phone since I wasn't calling from my number. I went into this location and the woman immediately told me I could go into a room and call customer service if I needed help. I explained that they had told me to come to the branch. She said I needed an appointment (this was the Friday before Memorial Day weekend) so I should come back on Tuesday of the next week. I do understand that appointments are needed, though I've never needed one in the past at Wells Fargo and you'd think there would be space for emergencies. We eventually were able to order a debit card. When I called customer service the next to follow up, they asked if she had offered to expedite it- she hadn't. The person at customer service said they typically offer that to all customers after a theft. In addition, while I was at the bank- the person explained my situation not so kindly in Spanish to her colleague, but I speak Spanish so I heard her comments.

The worst service in my life. Gave me an incorrect information and after that treated me like I was stupid. The manager has no idea about the bank rules and after that tried to blame it on me even that I clearly specified what I want to do. Really if it is possible just go to a different location or even different bank.

We're from California and was just here for vacation. We are in the middle of refinancing our home and there were some requirements from Wells Fargo that the bank needed that were time sensitive. I came to this location and they were warm and friendly. Jerome was extremely helpful and when the transaction was done, he gave us some quick tips on where to go and eat as tourists which we appreciated a lot. But the other bank needed more so we had to go back to WF again. Jerome was with another client so Roy helped me. I til him what my bank needed and he went above and beyond to help me. Both of them really saved me so thank you guys for doing an excellent job!!!

The best customer service I've ever received, hands-down. I had so many ongoing issues with the bank as a whole (higher-ups fault, not a particular branch), to the point that it was called "the worst Wells Fargo experience...ever." No one was able to help me until I met the wonderful people at this location--huge shoutout to Zhara and Chance, who not only fixed the entire situation, but made me feel valued as a customer the entire time.

Nice people and a convenient location. I am always surprised by how few Wells Fargos there are in the city so make sure if you are in the Adams Morgan area to stop by.

Wow! I must say as a Wellsfargo customer how pleased I am getting to use this Wachovia. Staff here are all very friendly, kind and genuine. I was expecting a very ho-hum daily grind experience upon my first visit and was so pleasantly surprised. Dog friendly too, it was so sweet seeing a little pug stroll in and wait at the counter with me. They even apologized for the 'slow' service and waived my Cashier Check fee due to the delay. I'd drive across town to use this branch, seriously!
